Zach sits on the couch and Jonah walks over to Julia to pick her up from the ground where she's still sobbing 

She cries into Jonah's chest and he just rubs her back

"It's okay. Zach is going to pay for what he said"

"How do you know what he said"

"We all were listening upstairs. And by the way, we're making sure Daniel doesn't hurt him"

"Wh-What are you going to do about Zach"

"You'll see"

Jonah sits on the couch across from Zach and crosses his arms

"First of all Nicole congrats on the baby and I'm sorry your parents don't accept you."

"Second Julia don't listen to what Zach said. What your parents did was the best for everyone and it's not because they 'couldn't handle you' it was because they thought being around Daniel and all of us would make you happy. Also, I hope you will let Nicole stay here cause I promise you you'll like it"

Julia thinks about it a lot and eventually gives in

"O-okay but Zach can't stay here"

"What no!"

"Zach don't talk" Jonah cuts him off and Zach pouts

"Now J I know you don't want him to be around you and I completely agree but he doesn't have anywhere else to live."

"Texas"

"Well that's true"

"Wait don't I have a say in this"

"You gave up your chance after you said those things to her"

Zach rolls his eyes and crosses his arms

In his head, he regrets what he said to Julia. He knows he shouldn't have said it and he just wants to hold her.

He looks over at her sitting and it takes everything in his power not to go and hug her

Also in his head, he's seriously considering moving back to Texas

Maybe if he goes, when he moves back to L.A everyone will forgive him and he'll have Julia back

Plus maybe he'll even have a little baby waiting

"I-I have an idea" Zach speaks up

"What" Jonah angrily says

"I agree and I think I should move back. But only if I can be here when the baby comes"

"Does anyone have any problems with that"

For a second no one says anything until Julia raises her hand

"I do"

"What are they?"

"I still want to go on a date with Zach. I really like you Zach and I know I shouldn't cause you've said some really mean things to me and you've done a lot to me that hurts. But I can't help it"

"I still want to go on a date too"

"How about this. You guys go on a date and if it's awful Zach you move back to Texas for a little bit until the baby's here. But if it's good you stay"

"I like that" Zach says and Julia agrees

"Nicole, would you feel bad if that happened?"

"No, I'm just happy to have a place to stay"

"Well, then it is settled. But tonight Zach you're sleeping on the couch"

"Yeah I expected that"
