Reader's P.O.V

I woke up with a knock on my door. "Honey wake up! Time to go dress shopping, and to get a elegant mask."

"I got this Lady (L/n)." I heard my door open as I was tickled.

"STOP IT JACKIE!!!!! THAT TICKLES!!!!!" I started to laugh really hard, that I had tears in my eyes.

"You up?"

"I'm up. I'M UP!!!!!!" He finally stopped, as I rubbed my eyes to stop the tears, and saw my mom.

"Morning sweetie, you need to go dress shopping. The sun is up, meaning the humans are up."

"Okay mother."

"Oh, and have fun with your friend." She walked out, as I sat there smiling.

"What's up with you goofball?"

"I had a good dream last night. I finally met Shu, and told Holly about everything."

"Huh?"

"What? Was I wrong about Shu? I know Holly talked to me for sure in my head like normal."

"Just get dressed and ready, i'll be outside the door." I gave a nod as he left.

I threw on a black sweater, and a red skirt to match it. I put on shorts that matched my skirt, and black stalking that went to my knees along with black boots. "I'm missing something."

I smiled as I grabbed a beanie, putting it on, and grabbing my phone. "Let's go."

My door opened, showing Jack, as he looked at me in surprise. "What?"

"I didn't expect you to have a outfit like this."

"Well now you do, come on! I wanna go explore."

"We need to inform your par-" I ran to my parents study, and knocked.

"Yes?" I walked in, looking at my parents.

"Jackie and I are heading out."

"Okay buttercup."

"Don't forget to get a mask that matches your dress (n/n). It is a masquerade ball, I read closer."

"Of course. Love you, by-"

"Buttercup, come here." I walked to father, as he hugged me.

"I love you my dear." I hugged him back with a bright smile. Not being able to resist my child like side.

"I love you to Daddy." We parted as we held each other's hands, smiling.

"Now, go before Jack has to chase you down."

"Of course. Love you mom, love you Dad." I ran out, and to the front door, as I saw Jack.

"I didn't want you to go by yourself, but whatever." I giggled, as we went outside the door, and teleported to the park, to see no one.

"Let's get this shopping done."

"Okay Jackie!" We started walking, heading to a store, as I felt eyes on me.

"Jackie?"

"I know. I don't know why people are looking at you." I gave a nod, and decided to ignore it.

"So, what type of dress will you be looking for?"

"I don't know. It's a ball, so it has to be fancy, but I want it to be (f/c)."

"Figures as much. I think we should have you a butterfly mask that goes with the dress."

"I don't know.... Maybe..." When we walked into a the dress store, I was greeted by a very enthusiastic female.
