Chapter 12: It's Just Lunch

Hi, 😴.

It's so hard to finish this book since school started 😬but, I will try to update every Saturday or whenever I can and I've also posted a picture of Courtney on Chapter one so If you want to see what she looks like go check.😉👈👈

P.S. Im replacing Ryan's face with Chaz and Chaz's face with Ryan's for the pictures because let's face it Ryan looks better than Chaz 😁 so don't get confused about the picture above.

**Courtney's P.O.V.**

I head downstairs and Chaz is at the door.

I grabbed my keys and walked out the door.

"Hey, Courtney", he says nicely reaching to give me a hug.

"Hey, Chaz", I say making it less of a gap and giving him an actual hug.

We hop in his Range Rover® and drive off.

"So, are you going to tell me where we're going yet"?

"Nope, you'll just have to wait until we get there", he replies.

It was silent for a minute so he turns on the radio and Lifestyle comes on

🎶Did a lot of shit, just to live this here lifestyle 🎶

And I mumble the words kinda.

"You know this song"?, he asks.

"Yea", I say.

"Oh, you just don't look like that type of girl that listens to this type of music", he says as his hand rest on my thigh.

"What Is that supposed to mean, I say trying to move my thigh from his hand.

"We're here", He says avoiding the question in reply.

When he parks the car I see we're at a small Sushi joint in Las Angeles.

"I LOVE SUSHI 🍣🍙🍱, how did you find out punk"? I say, punching him in the chest playfully.

"I have my ways", he says with a mischievous look on his face 😏

"Whatever", I reply.

Chaz opens my door for me as I get out and we walk into the Sushi bar together.

When we walk in there isn't that many people.

He tells the waitress "reservation for two".

"What's the name sir", the waitress says.

"Evans", he says.

"Follow me", she says with two menus in her arms and Chaz grabs my wrist as I follow behind.

I giggle.

When we reached the table we read and chose what we wanted off the menu as the waitress takes back the menus and walks away.

And as soon as she's no longer in plain sight Chaz starts to talk.

"So, Courtney are you and Justin like a thing now"? He asks.

"Well I wouldn't say a thing because he's ignoring me right now but long story short no.

"Really " He says enthusiastically, which he try's to turn into sympathy.

"Why"? I say hesitantly .

"Because I was wondering if we could be a thing"? he replies.

"Uhh, what exactly is a thing".

"Come on we're both 18 here well I'm 19 but, the point is you know what I mean like a couple". He says.

"So are you asking me out"?
