  Standing by the corner of the grand Hall , he does a quick 360 sweep as he checks his cufflinks, straighten his tux, and for the final touch......he quickly sniffs his underarms, just as his friends advised. He starts to bounce on his feet, but stops as his eyes zeroes in on his dad.

He starts taking deep breaths...

In..." Jeez, I'm suddenly a leaking pipe" he mutters to himself as his forehead tickles lightly with sweat,
      " it's just dinner, yeah, normal dinner,in formal wear, lights, people, not much, okay a lot..... I think am going to pass out" he groans, but straighten his spine once more, " come on, I can do this, I mean I stand in front of a stage every week, and I drive the audience mental, I'm a red, people love me, YouTube can testify, Instagram too even tweeter, I can do this , I can do this, I can..."

         " Giving yourself the usual dose?" The sudden interruption causes the former to jerk in shock, and turn around sheepishly.

     "Is it that obvious uncle??, I'm sweating so much, I don't know if I can.." the latter cuts him off

" You can do this, you are no quitter, remember this is for your future, no one else's, this is your destiny, this is the destiny I have written for you, the ball is in your court, I say you use it" down the hall the deep maroon doors open and the newest guests walks in,  black.

     " There she is , isn't she just beautiful, coral beauty?"
  "More like a storm uncle, she's a tsunami" he replies, his fingers shaking, and voice quaking ,the latter grips the formers neck from behind.

     "Stop being a pussy, boy and it's sir to you, do not test me, do as I say and may be I'll forget you just acted out, you being here is an honour , you owe me, you owe me your entire damn life...now take that diamond( he said pointing to the guests) and use it to shine"

   "Y..of course, yes unc..sir,yes I'll do it"he replied looking the latter dead in the eye.
"That's my boy " he says patting the formers head" now go for it".
