Seeing

chapter 2

Nadirah's POV

"Hello" I looked up with a mix of confusion and fear not thinking that anyone else would be in the room. When I looked up I saw a girl. She was really pretty. She had blonde hair with a little purple streak down the back. Her eyes were green all around with a splash of blue near the pupil. It was beautiful really and I knew I was a bit jealous. "Hi you must be my roommate" I said. "Yeah, my names Emily" she said shaking my hand. "I'm Nadirah." We spent twenty minutes getting to know each other. From that twenty I knew that she was a really nice girl. She seemed caring and happy. I liked my roommate and I'm happy that we got along, if I ended up with a bitchy roommate I would probably kill myself. By 1:30am we decided to go to bed and get breakfast in the morning together.

"AWW FUCK!" I growled as I slammed my fist on the alarm that wouldn't be quiet. I opened my eyes and looked at the time. 6:04 am it read. I had no clue why I woke up this early as it was a Saturday. I then realized that I set my alarm for the wrong time "Great" I groaned. Fully waking up I decided to brush my teeth and take a shower. Emily was still sleeping and I had nothing to do. I smirked to myself as my mind wanted to discover its secretes. I changed into a maroon cardigan with black skinny jeans and a crème knitted scarf. Before heading out the door I grabbed my combat boots along with my glasses and gathered my hair in a neat ponytail. I left a note for Emily in case she woke up and was looking for me.

If you miss me I went out for a bit. Will be back before breakfast.

I entered the library with my senses being infused with paper and stories that have been untold. I walked over to the shelf where I left my book at. Chapter 45. Smiling at myself I knew that this book would be done either by tomorrow or Monday. "BOO!" I screamed fairly loud and was glad that there was no one in the room. "You fucking idiot!" I threw my book at him hoping it would hurt. "Ahaha I saw you earlier walking in here and decided to surprise you" he laughed. " I'm fine love I just want some alone time" "Okay then I just wanted to say a hey I'll be on my way then." he started to walk away but I stopped him. "Zayn you know what I meant" "I know but I have to go anyways I really wanted to just say a quick hi" I searched his face for any clue of emotions. Nothing. I sighed "Okay I guess" "I'll see you later yeah?" He kissed me on the head and I replied with a nod. And like that he was gone. I stared to go through the scenarios of why Zayn was leaving so often. Was he tired of me? Did something happen that he isn't telling me? Did his family get hurt? The last one was scaring me the most. Is he cheating on me? I realized they were just getting to my head and I decided to go back to the dorm and see Emily.

When I walked in she was applying mascara to her eyelashes. "Hey" I said. "Hey okay so there is this restaurant down the street called Maxine's I wanted if you wanna go there for breakfast?" I realized that we are gonna be close friends already not only of how well she knew me but how well she cared for me by asking my opinion. "Yeah actually I went there the other day with my boyfriend for lunch." "Oh yeah Zayn right?" "Yeah uh how did you know". She faced me "He came by and asked where you went and I told him the library" "Oh okay" I let out a long gust of air I realized I have had in for a long time. Concerned filled her eyes and next thing you know was next right in front of me. "I know I only meet you yesterday but I know something isn't right" I focused my eyes at the ground not having anything to say. "Come here" Looking up I saw her holding her arms out to give me a hug. I smiled and gladly walked in. I started to cry. "It's okay baby girl let it all out." She said patting my hair. After five minutes of crying and hugging she broke the silence. "Come on let's get you cleaned up, have breakfast, and plan ourselves a girls day okay." She walked to the bathroom cleaned up the mess or my face, she opened the door and locked arms with me. With that we walked our way to the restaurant.

Hey guys. Little bit longer chapter and I can't tell you how happy I am to be writing a fanfic I really really really hope you guys enjoy it. I have so many things planned. OH MY GOD. Okay sorry.
