//I must warn you for gore in this chapter.//

Deku's POV-

Deku and Kacchan were alone.

"So, Deku. What do you feel like doing? The route Shitty hair took will take a while to get through." Kacchan smirked. W-What?! It wasn't like that, right?

"M-maybe look at the river?" Deku pointed to the little river that ran through the forest floor further down. Kacchan sighed and started moving forward to the little trail of water.

"You coming?" Kacchan looked back and grumbled. Deku looked behind himself one more time and skipped over to him.

"Look at the fishies!" He was amazed at their swift movements and flowing tails. It was beautiful.

"Y'know, Deku." Kacchan sat down. "I have you know........liked you since we were little." Kacchan didn't look at Deku, which gave Deku a chance to wipe away the last bit of icecream off his face.

"I-I have to, K-Kacchan.." Deku blushed a little bit, but he was still paranoid. Kacchan turned his gaze to Deku. He closed in closer and closer. Deku was frozen. What was happening!? Kacchan put his lips against Deku's. Deku's soft lips seemed to compliment the kiss as Kacchan's were cracked, cut, dry and rough. Kacchan let go after five seconds.

"K-Kacchan-" Deku was cut off by a massive headache, making him collapse to the ground. Deku groaned.

"Deku!" He heard Kacchan's pain filled yell for what seemed the last. He tried to use his quirk to get up. It was gone.

"You see, Bakugou. It hurt so bad to hear you say you loved someone else besides me." Deku craned his tired head over to see Sonyo, pacing.

"Damn, you! I'll blast your ass!" Kacchan screamed. He sounded desperate.

"Oh, but you can't! I erased your quirk for half an hour!" Deku felt a sudden rush of relieve as the headache went away. Deku scrambled up and got into a battle stance.

"D-Don't you dare h-hurt him!" Deku scowled.

"Oh, look! It's the weakling standing up for the big bad wolf!" He slid out a knife and rammed to Deku.

"Deku!" Kacchan jumped and hit Sonyo in the side, knocking him off course. Kacchan landed on top of Sonyo, both scowling. Sonyo kicked Kacchan in the stomach.

"K-Kacchan! I'm coming!" He rushed at Sonyo when Kacchan fell off. He didn't make it in time. Kacchan was laying on the forest floor, gripping his stomach, groaning. Sonyo was drawing his hand up, about to stab Kacchan.

"No! KACCHAN!" Deku jumped in the way. Kacchan wouldn't get hurt. Not today. Deku closed his eyes, still in the air. He felt a searing pain in the side of his stomach. Blood. Red. The crimson liquid was splattered all over. Deku landed and gasped.

"K-Kacchan.." Deku was feeling wheezy and dizzy. Blood loss. Damn it, he wouldn't fall asleep.

"FUCK YOU!" Kacchan had tears in his eyes, from what Deku could tell with his blurry vision. He lifted his hand and looked at it. It was doused in blood. He coughed and little droplets of  blood colored the mud a darker tone.

"K-Kacch......an." He reached out and snapped back into reality. Kacchan and Sonyo were fighting. They were even, with bruises, scratches and cuts. Kacchan was pinning Sonyo down, attacking Sonyo's jugular with his fingernails. He couldn't cut through!

"I'm coming Kacc........chan.." He stumbled up and walked woozily towards the fighting pair. Deku started to running, sloppily. He jumped onto Sonyo as now he was winning. He bit the boy, with most of his energy.

Bakugou's POV-

Bakugou felt the weight of Sonyo fall off of him and blood displayed over his face. Damn it! Deku!

"Deku! Stop! You need to re-" Sonyo kicked Bakugou. Deku was biting him! Sonyo screeched in pain. Bakugou pounced on Sonyo, punching him. Sonyo whipped Deku on the cheek with his weapon and sent the shrimp flying.

"ARGH!!" Bakugou blared. He flew himself again at Sonyo.

"I WILL FUCKING KILL YOU!" Bakugou felt Sonyo squirm under him. Heh..weakling.

"Oh, will you now?" Sonyo's hand was creeping down and down, unknowingly. He stabbed Bakugou in the stomach.

"Agh!" Bakugou fell over. Deku..he crawled over to the little boy. He was rolling in and out of sleep. Bakugou shook him.

"Deku! W-we're almost winning!" He looked back. He also started to feel woozy. He scrambled up and sloppily walked to Sonyo.

"Come...at..me!" He held out a fist. This is what a hero would do. Hero's will do whatever to protect their loved ones and other people.

"BAKUGOU?!!" Kirihima rushed between Sonyo and Bakugou.

"Kirishima! No!" He said that just in time as Kirishima fell to the floor.

"Where were we?" Sonyo rushed at Bakugou when he was distracted. He was stabbed again. Sonyo flung his body towards Deku. Bakugou landed on Deku, but didn't put his weight down. He was shielding Deku.

"AHH!" He yelled. Bakugou felt tears dripping down his face. Like the river down a ways away.

"Deku, I'll see you there, okay?" he panted out. He was so tired. So very tired.

"Kacchan....s-stop lying." Deku voice was distant. Echoey.

"Heh.." Bakugou closed his eyes. Blood dripping out of his mouth. He looked at Deku, one final time.

"Deku, I'm gonna miss....you." He watched Deku convulse.

"Shh, it's ok..." Bakugou hushed Deku. Brushing the sides of his cheeks. Deku and Bakugou locked eyes. The final time. The final second. The final look. Deku was crying.

"Don't go.." He reached out for Bakugou. Bakugou's eyes felt so heavy. The stabbing was continuing but he couldn't feel it. He laid down slowly on Deku and sighed out his last breath.

"Love you...Deku....." His final words. The last thing he heard was Deku's yell.

"KACCHAN!!"

Deku's POV-

Deku was crying and sobbing.

"NO!" He coughed and chocked out. He couldn't hold back the tired seeping through him. He laid his head sideways and looked at the beautiful scene. The little rocks at the bank of the flowing river. Water lapped in and out from the bank. Little splashes and swirls following along as the waved went back in. The grass further up was green. Ladybugs crawling over. The sky was dark and gloomy, and it looked like it was about to rain. The trees swayed in the cool breeze and leaves fell near or almost on Deku. The mud was soaking him but he didn't care. A drop of water fell from the sky and landed on Deku. He looked up, dazed. It wasn't a rain droplet, but a tear. A tear from Kacchan. They were still drying and one fell. He was still warm. Deku hugged him with the last of his strength. He closed his eyes.

"Deku, I'll see you there, okay?" Kacchan's words swirled in his head. Darkness.
