"Stop pacing before you put a hole in the floor". Solange stressed as Theo took a seat next to her
He pulled the box out his pants, pulling the lid back he stared at the ring as tears wailed in his eyes.
Matthew looked over at him before standing up.
"Theo come here son".

"You have my blessing, I know how much you loved her, I apologize for giving you a hard time before. I just want you to cherish and love her". Matthew said before patting his back.
Theo nodded putting the ring back in his pocket. "I will".
Levi came running towards them holding some balloons, "daddy we gotta go see mommy where's she at?". He asked standing in front of them.
"Mr. James can I speak with you for a second?". Mr. Berlin asked holding a clipboard.
"I-is she okay now?". Theo hesitated asked. "She's fine, we were able to revive her and save your son, she's in a different room now resting, if you want you guys can go see her now". He said as Theo closed his eyes. "She's In 413".
"Thank you so much". He nodded, before Theo grabbed Levi hand.

Levi was the first in the room, stopping by the bed staring at Beyoncé. "Mommy?". He softly asked touching her arm.
"Buddy put the balloons down, she's resting". He said taking a seat beside the bed.
Pushing the hair out her face, her eyes slowly "Hi". She said before he brought her into a hug.
"Mommy! Your okay". Levi screamed out. "I got you and my baby sister and brother some balloons.
"Thank you baby". His smile never leaving his face as he looked at her face in admiration,
"You died! God I thought you we're really gone". Theo said wiping his face.
"I'm sorry for scaring you, I feel ten times lighter now". She said laughing as he kissed her hand.
"Are they okay? Did they make it?". She softly asked.
"They are both healthy and fine". He said as she slowly relaxed.
The door opened, the nurse wheeling in two cribs. Beyoncé followed the cribs until they were at her side as she softly cried.
Theo walked over to the cribs, before gently grabbing them out the crib as she wiped her face. Theo lay them both on Beyoncé as she ran her fingers through their hair.
"There's so beautiful,". She cried as she stared at them.
"Do you know what you want to name them?". He asked as she looked up at him.
"You name him, and I name her?". She asked as he nodded.
"She looks like a Ella". She mumbled before he smiled. "He looks like a Eli". She nodded.
Levi watched them from the end of the bed, "So Ella & Eli". She nodded kissing their head.
"Mommy?". Levi asked as Beyoncé looked over Ella's head staring at him. "I-is it okay if I meet them now?". He asked as she nodded. Levi slowly walked over his gaze never leaving the two babies.
"I'm finally a big brother". He said leaning to kiss their cheeks. They both let out a loud cry startling Levi.
"I'm gonna feed them".

A couple hours later...
"They are so tiny". Beyoncé said smiling as she looked at their cribs, before turning around seeing Theo kneeling. Her heart sped up as she started at him.
"Beyoncé?". He softly said pulling the black box out his pants. "Will you marry me?". He asked watching as tears ran down her face.
She stared at him, her heart thumping harder as she bit her lip.
"Answer the man already damn". Solange said making her look up at her. "Solange, be quiet". Matthew said.
"Yes". She said before he stood up grabbing her hand sliding the ring onto her fourth finger.
"Finally". Levi screamed as Beyoncé grabbed his face kissing him softly.
