"For this task you will be sure put into the 2 possible line ups for debut. Only one of them will debut, and that is the FINAL line-up, it will not be changed." JYP started explaining the last task.
"You both will create a group name, compose your own song, write lyrics for it, distribute lines, choreograph and perform it. There is one thing I didn't tell you- I made these line-ups, which means there is only one way for the line ups to be switched, or for some members from the losing group to be put into the final line up. The only way for this to happen is if the viewers vote for you to be in the final line up.
Here are the groups:
Group 1:
Seulgi
Tzuyu
Yuqi
Lisa
Dahyun
Group 2:
Jihyo
Joy
Y/N
MoonByul
You have a week to complete this task, 5 days." JYP finished explaining and we straight away got into our groups to discuss.
Group 1 PoV:
"Let's decide positions first, put ur hand up if you're a vocal." Dahyun requested. Seulgi, Tzuyu and Yuqi raises their hands.
"And Rapper." Dahyun finished.
Lisa, Dahyun And Yuqi raised their hands. After 10 minutes of arguing they decided:
Main vocal: Seulgi
Lead Vocal: Tzuyu
Leader (vocal and rap): Yuqi
Main Rap: Lisa
Lead Rap: Dahyun
Then they thought of a group name.
"Any ideas?" Yuqi asked.
"It has to sound pretty." Tzuyu put in.
"But also badass at the same time-" Lisa started.
"Yea but-"
"I want it to be"
"No that's trash..." everyone argued.
Group 2 PoV:
They immediately started with a group name.
After around 10 minutes also, they decided 'Everglow' fit the concept they liked. Now onto positions.
"Guys this is pretty easy for us," MoonByul started.
"Main Vocal: Jihyo
Lead Vocal: Joy
Main rapper: Y/N
Lead Rapper: MoonByul." MoonByul decided. We all agreed. Now we can start creating the song. They went to the composing room and started with a simple 8 beat throughout the most of the song. They made the build up also an 8 beat. And they wanted the chorus to be a 10 beat, just to be a little faster. They then decided on the noises to go into it and they eventually had a good outcome. They all did the lyrics of their own parts and together they fixed the music, and tweaked the parts to make them fit. The lyrics turned out to be really positive. They finished today at 7pm, satisfied.
Group 1 PoV:
By 5pm they had made the beats. They continued arguing. I think Tzuyu just creates an argumentative group. They EVENTUALLY, by 9pm has finished their parts what Everglow had done 2 hours ago (a/n: TEAAAAAAA)
