He walks around the ink filled hallway leaving sticky footprints behind him. The walls where rotted with ink and old posters that took over the walls. Those things never seemed special to him anymore, just another item. Ever so often he'd walk by a cutout of his old look. He often missed those days but who could blame him? Those where the simpler times, even better then what he was living now . He was loved by every kid those days, but was know forgotten. He sometimes felt like he was trapped in a inky dark hell, which was depressing. He was alone, Joey Drew made sure of that. He slowly walked through the halls, the old floorboards creaking quietly behind him. He heard the faint noises of the butcher gang and hid in a small dark room. It was empty besides for a couple of empty soup cans. He sighed sadly and sat in the dark corner. He held himself trying to keep him somewhat warm, yet it didn't help any. The cold shallow ink flooded the floor. He didn't move, he didn't speak, there was no reason to. Several inky tears fell down his face as he looked down. He felt so weak but no one was there to see him so he didn't really care. After what seemed like forever he fell asleep quietly, his head on his knees. He shivered quite badly but it didn't matter, because no one cared. He awoke to a nice ink soaked blanket around him. He was confused yet surprised. Was someone else there with him? He smiled for the first time in a while and felt a little flare of hope. He nicely folded the blanket and set it down gently. He stood up and peaked outside the door looking for any members of the gang. He shrugged and saw no one and walked out quietly. He gazed around the familiar hallways and smiled a sweet fake smile. It was quiet that morning until he lost his balance due to a soup can. He fell in some sticky ink and growled aggravated with himself. He went to stand up but the ink was so thick and sticky it was hard to do. He struggled but then quickly stopped and heard the twisted noises of the butcher gang. His eyes widened in fear and he struggled quickly but it was too late and they had arrived.
