Chapter 3

Austin POV:
The next daw we arrived at my family's house. I opened the door and we walked in. Then my mother greeted us. My father walked in and he was looking at Ava and he smiled and said "i believe this is your  girlfriend" "she is. Ava, this my father and my mother" "Hello Mrs. And Mr. Johnson" My father said "Call us Bill and Rose" then we walked and i saw little Hailey (my sister that is 4 years old) running to me and I hugged her too. "I missed you so much Austin you didn't visit me" "I visited you 2 weeks ago" "oh, i still miss you" then we hugged again and i carried her. "Hailey meet Ava" "hi Hailey" Ava said. "Hi. Are you Austin's soulmate?" "Maybe" Ava replied. Hailey said "YAY" then I put her down and she went running to the kitchen "i am sorry. But you know you can say that we are just a normal couple and not soul-" "It's okay. Who knows? Maybe we are soulmates" Ava replied and said "Joke" she laughed and i think i was hurt? 'NO YOU CAN'T AUSTIN THIS IS BAD YOU ARE NOT HURT YOU ARE JUST FAKING THIS WHOLE THING' i said in my mind and heard her saying "Earth to Austin yo are you good?" "Yea i am c'mon let's just go" after dinner, we went back tot he penthouse and i was when she said something.

Ava POV:
Umm i think i will go back to my apartment? Cuz i just really want to and i miss my.........bed. He laughed a little and was completely silent and I went home and slept. The next day I was just about to book an uber when the strangest thing happened i saw my bo- Austin's car in front of me. And he went out and offered to go in. Then when he got in, i asked him "why? Why are you here?" "Because i want to. Is it bad?" "No not bad just.....weird" "im sorry, what?" "nothing lets just go" then he stared at me like i was going to go or i don't know he was just staring at me and not even driving. "What? Sir please just drive we are going to be late" Then he drove. The whole daw was busy. As his assistant, it's very hard but of course i can do it. It is already night i haven't had lunch and dinner. I was finishing his schedule for the whole month. Then someone knocked and I was frightened because it was dark outside then he came in it was just Austin. He said "it is already late why are you still here?" "I am actually done. I was arranging your whole schedule this month actually." Then someone texted me.

Austin POV:
Someone texted her and her phone was just at the edge of her table and i saw who it was from. The name was Bailey. I was so curious who he is maybe he is her boyfriend? I don't know. Then she checked on her ohone and she was typing "who is....Bailey??" "Oh you saw? just a friend" she said. "Really? Then why are you smiling?" "Nothing" then i think i was angry? My face was just frowning at the imagination of her having a boyfriend the she said "are you okay? Boss? Are you okay?" "Yea just thinking about something"  i replied then she stood up and gathered her things. And she was about to leave but I stopped her.

Ava POV:
He closed the door. I was a little scared and asked him. "Are you okay?" He didn't replied then he looked at me and started to walk to me i was walking backward until i hit the wall. I was leaning on the wall looking at him. And he was still walkin towards me and he stood in front of me. We are very close like very very close. Then he pressed his lips to mine. I actually don't know what is happening.

I should have stopped it but i enjoyed it? Then while we were kissing i realized that i have feeling for him then we just keep kissing. Then we stopped. I was just shocked and instead of talking to him Ijust went out and went home.

The next 3 weeks I was avoiding him and not speaking to him i just give his scgedules then work. Then I was called and also his secretary. We just spoke about what will happen to the meeting next week. Then he called the secretary to go to him.

Austin POV:
I whispered to my secretary that when i say 'you can go' she will be first and shut the door the hold it so Ava can't go outside for 30 seconds and of course she agreed. "You guys can go" then they both headed for the door but my secretary did what i said to her. Ava realized she was stuck. "You have been avoiding me" I said then she stood up straight and looked at me straight to my eyes. "What? I didn't. I was just....busy" she replied. "No you are not." I said. Then i walked towards her and stood in front of her. She was leaning at the door. "Why?" I asked. "Because of this" she said "because of this whole thing. You kissed me boss and-" She added but cut her "and you have a boyfriend?" "No i don't" " yes you do then who is Bailey?" She smiled "Bailey is a girl" "Oh well I thought-" "your jealous sir"
"I do not" i walked away from her. "Sir this, this sitiation this 'thing' can't happen." She said. "Why not?" "I-"
