Please keep in mind that I do not own Ducktales, or many of the characters within it. Those rights are held by Disney, and all the ones who work their hardest on that brilliant, heart warming show. That being said, this fiction was also inspired by the work of a user on Quotev known as CupCakeWarrior500, although I have only borrowed the basic concept of the story, and from there on out I have been going forward with only my own ideas. However, I encourage you to check out their work, as this story probably wouldn't exist without them and they have interesting ideas that continue to inspire me in my own story, as well as many other writers.

With all that out of the way, I should probably explain a few things about my story beforehand just to keep things straight. Eventually in this story, you are going to be given various choices that will have an impact on your character's life, experiences, relationships, and personality/identity as the story goes on. Many, if not all of these choices will affect the overall narrative of the original show as well, as I want this reader insert to have a real effect on the world you will inhabit. However, these choices will only come around after the first arc, where the reader's previous persona (before your choices begin) is established. I'll leave how your character looks mostly up to you, but be forewarned that some things will inevitably be locked in for the sake of the story, including an article of clothing gifted to you by an important character. These choices will also affect how your character's powers progress and evolve, keeping in tune with your character's mental and emotional state as well as their growth as a person.
