The Issue Begins with Gwenpool addressing the Audience
Gwenpool appears in the Gutter Space, sees the 4th wall and says -Hello, True Believers!! Gwenpool Here. As you may know, I was with the West Coast Avengers before the convergence. And tried the villain things on "Gwenpool strikes back" and it would appear that i was somehow created myself as some kind of Earth-616 origin story. Cool huh? I'm gonna last FOREVER!!!! But as every Freelance Hero there's a very good way to circumvent the editorial oversight that basically ended my time in the first comics series. Anyway! it appears that Thanos, Jedah and Lady Death fouled up with the convergence and everyone have been keeping busy since the day of the defeat of Ultron-Sigma. Me... As any of the other heroes i was controlled by the Sigma Virus (thinking: fortunately, Deadpool didn't killed me like in the Venomverse.) Now things have gone back to normal'ish. I'm no longer a West Coast Avenger. You know new characters, same diff. Let's begin.-

Madcap revels in the people's suffering and says "Don't let your friends hurt each other, kid!!!😈" Gwenpool tries to snap her friends out of Madcap's control and yells at them "Guys!! the enemy's out there!!!!😰😠"
Madcap begins to preach his life's philosophy "All life is meaningless.😈" Gwenpool, smug says "If all life is meaningless. What's your meaning and purpose?😒" which Madcap responds "Cause suffering, and prove that life is meaningless!!!😠". Then Gwenpool has an idea and begins to play with Madcap's mind and says "Then what you believe is a lie. 😒", Madcap says "What?😟" to which Gwenpool responds "You've put yourself a purpose, searching meaning in your own life. You don't believe what you told me!! 😒In fact, you're jealous of us because we have a purpose. Plus, we can feel and you don't. And now I'm inside your head😏" Madcap didn't took that very well and yells "Lies, Slander, LIES!!!!!!!😠😰😱"
Gwenpool broke Madcap's mind. He snatches X's Megabuster and tries to vaporize himself, long enough to Starlord, Strider Hiryu, Gwenpool and Nova to subdue him back into a specialized cell that was teleported to the Collector's ship.
