At Jewel Heist Middle, Hailey was wondering what they were going to do for language arts class and all of a sudden, the school secretary came in.
"I have invitations Mrs. Jones," Katherine, the school secretary said. "For Lilac, Hailey, Victoria, Raven and Ashley." The girls looked at each other.
"Could it possibly be a prank?" Victoria asked. "From Terry?" Terry was the school's prankster, and not very funny, as his pranks were often annoying and pretty stupid.
"Knowing how annoying he is, probably." Raven said. "And he likes to think of himself as either Hermès or even Loki." Ashley, Hailey, Lilac and Gemma nodded.
"Let's just get the day over with," Ashley reminded. "And text each other after school to see how legit the invitations are." Everyone nodded and went back to doing their schoolwork.
After school, the girls texted each other about the invitations they got and decided to meet up at the park. As soon they arrived, they saw a woman there in normal clothing but had brown hair and brown eyes. They also saw an owl on her right shoulder.
"Hey, you guys know how I'm telling you a lot about the Greek goddesses?" Victoria implied."This girl reminds me of Athena." Everyone nodded and looked at her.
"Wow, she's beautiful." Lilac said. "And I'd love to be like you, Vicky. You are so much like her. Smart, brave, wise..."Victoria blushed as Athena stood up from the bench.
"Girls, I have something to tell you." Athena said. "It is very important, for the universe is at risk. I do, however, see that one of you is particularly interested in my history and that we are similar alongside the potential for all of you to become great heroes." Everyone gasped
"What do you mean?" asked Hailey. "What the heck are you even talking about?" Victoria looked at Athena also.
"You are the new Glitter Force," Athena said. "And each of you has a special gem that matches your uniform and, as some of you would call it, superhero name." Victoria and Lilac gasped.
"Superheroes?" Lilac and Victoria asked. "For real?" Athena nodded handing them pacts and the gems.
"Promise this will be a secret," Athena said. "No one in this town should know about this meeting or anyone that might be suspicious." Everyone nodded.
"Got it," Victoria said. "We'll keep it a secret."
"Thank you," Athena said. "The world is in good hands."
