Post about how you discovered your identity:
Well... in grade 9 I discovered more about the LGBTQ+ community and started thinking. When I looked at girls I realized I felt the same as looking at boys or others. So thinking back some more I remember looking at a girl back when I was in grade 4 and wondering what it would be like to live and kiss a girl. That was enough to get me really thinking and I started to discover more, then came my first gf and it felt so right. By then I was fully comfortable with my sexuality.
My gender identity is still finicky I find, with all the doubt that people put on me and just the community in general. I went through a really girly stage when I was young, princess gowns, frilly dresses, barbies (not saying a boy can't play or have any of these). And then grade 5-8 I was more short hair, boyish clothes, and I was even called him from time to time cause no one could tell if I was boy or girl. My best friend new from this already that I was genderfluid (and some other reasons to) and looking back to that and testing some things out I realized I wasn't all female
