Stress

This week has been really stressful and tiring because I was in my school play. The thing is, I shouldn't have been stressed. We do two plays a year, and we don't do them as an obligation, we do them to entertain people, as well as to have fun as a group. We do them to serve others, which is very pleasing to God. That's probably why I was so stressed. Stress is humans lacking trust and faith in God, and Satan uses stress to distract us from God. Why does Satan distract us from God? Because he's actually afraid. He's afraid of how powerful we will be with complete trust and faith in God.

God is the great "I Am". He's the one who fulfills us. He has our every step and thought in His mind. Those things are why we have no reason to fear/stress. But since we are humans, we do anyway. We aren't perfect or even close to it, but God, the creator of everything, still loves and cherishes us. How mind-boggling is that? No matter how stressed or afraid I am, God has it. God is guiding me, loving me, and providing for me. Nothing is impossible with Him. I can do all things through him who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13 💜
