The Woods

chapter 2

Its the end off the day and callum and all of my friends are standing behind me looking at I think I didn't want to turn my eyes were focused on the woods

Callum says "are you ready."

"Umm s-sure" I said with a fear in my voice 

"OK then let's go" said callum whilst grabbing my arm and I grabbed Jessica's hand and didn't let go.

We were almost out side the woods but we had to stop because callum and Lauren had to stop for a drink whilst they were both drinking callum just shouted

"Why don't we spend the weekend here in the woods!" And I couldn't say no because it would ruin our friendship so I said

"Sure why not."

"OK then if you go back and get all your stuff and meet out side the school entrance ok."  He said whilst getting up and walking away.

It was about 6:30 and we were all at the school entrance which was just across the road from the woods, we were in the woods looking for a great spot to camp for the weekend. Round about half an hour later we were set up and sat on four longs we found which were great for sitting g on, we we're talking about jobs we had me and Jessica were on fire wood collecting, jade and vernel were and water duty, callum was on food hunting which you are aloud to do in theses woods and because he is the only boy and Rachel and Lauren were on camp watch.

Its was getting dark and me and Jessica went one way to get fire wood and jade vernel went to get water and callum went for food

"If we're not back before 8:45, please come find us" I said to Rachel and Lauren.

Whilst me and jess were walking she said something that really shocked me because she's really strong and tough

"Hannah" she whispers with fear

I replied with

"Yeah"

"I'm really scared to stay here the weekend you know what happens if anything happens to any of us are you scared?" She said.

"Yeah I am actually" I said with fear and a shaky voice.
