Chapter 8: A Key

The man didn't reply, Fenix was quiet.

The forest started getting dark,the trees turned black and the animals became   dead and motionless.

As if time stopped, and I was the only one that could observe as my surroundings slowly became less vivid.

"It must be illusions" I said to myself

A sudden force started to pull me, trees started to curve up and a black hole sucked up all 

I fell unconscious for a few seconds as lights blinded me,little by little gaining my vision again I saw a strange shadow of a person with light brown hair and hazel eyes try to wake me up.

I appeared to be laying on a grave

Tears were about to roll down my face.

and the strange guy with brown hair pat my shoulder.

"Hey,are you okay? you seem lost."

I hit his hand off...I was so shocked,nervous.Did I somehow go to another time dimension?

"I-Im fine... I just..Im sorry for hittimg your hand."I said

The Boy's P.O.V

This girl,she must be lost. She is indeed beautiful but i wonder why she's here.

My hand hurts but I know she is just scared.

Rane oh Rane..why are you always so creepy around girls?

I tried to smile in my evermost polite way and awkward words slipped off my tounge.

"My name is Rane ,pretty girl whats might your name be?"

She gave me this one and only glare.Damn it Rane,pretty girl? really? are you that stupid?!.

"My name is.."She paused and stared at the grave. I bet she forgot her name while she layed in that coma.

I stood up and told her that it's okay if I don't know her name, and i reached for her hand to stand her up too.

"I don't need your help."she said and  stood on her own.

Back to Jenna/Skylar's P.O.V

Rane seems like a nice guy,but I can't trust anyone here.For what I know this might be a Dark dimension.This guy could chop my head off in any moment,so might as well just keep some distance.

We left the grave yard and he took me to a small cottage home and sat me on a sofa with a warm blanket and hot cocoa.But I won't let my guard down.

"So where are you from,pret-i mean...stranger "he said as he drank a glass of water.

"Im from Georgia"I replied.

Rane let his glass fall and jumped a little staring me right in the eye with a creepy shocked look.

Rane's P.O.V

I have never heard of a place named Georgia here or anywhere...she is definitely lost.

"What's wrong? never heard of Georgia?"

she said kind of startled by my reaction.

Ever since I touched her arm i have been able to sense this fine lady,she does not have any significant aura,not negative nor positive...it's just neutral.Is she even human?

"Rane what is your problem with Georgia?!"

"I have never heard of any place named Georgia. "I replied.

She took a small contraption(he means the phone) out of her bag and searched for something on the internet through it.

Back to Jenna/Skylar's P.O.V

My phone must have gotten distorted or  something in the fall because everytime i searched for the world map the screen would start glitching and telling me that what im looking for is not available. with many faces like this ":(".

Rane reached for my phone and made contact on my hand softly.

"Maybe you would like to use my Terena?"He said.

If I can kindly ask what the hell is a Terena..?

He smiled and gave me a phone-like device with a really flat screen.

"What would you wanna search for pretty face?"he said as he sat beside me.

I told him to search for the world map and once he entered the link.

South America Wasn't in the map,half of Asia was gone ..more than 45% of North America was distorted too.

I then covered my mouth and my eyes drowned in tears. Georgia was no longer there, my friends gone,my home gone.

I began to cry and buried my face on Rane's chest,I had no idea where i was and all I could do in the moment was cry on  a stranger's chest.

I felt a cold object on my cheek and when i went to see what it was,I found a beautiful silver key on Rane's necklace.

"A key."
