Invincible

Chapter 4

       "Storm there's no more food" Cam screamed.  I jumped up and screamed "What the bloody HELL happened to it all?" Cam started rolling around on the ground laughing along with all of the other guys that came on the trip. "I was just lying it is right there" she pointed to the log were their really was food sitting on top of it. "I had to get you up someway" said cam. I just mumbled some very rude words. As I was eating everyone else went to the stream to take one last look before we leave.

       I used my powers to very speedily pack all my stuff up. As I was doing that last night's events flew through my mind. I mind linked Cam and told her everything and told her about how this last hour will probably be the last time for a long time that she will see me. She just said that she is happy for me and has always loved me like a sister.

       After 5 minutes I was done packing and right on time to because everyone came walking back to the clearing and stood around the firepit waiting on instructions. Cam came to stand right next to me and said "Well everyone this was... fun and you may now get all of your things and head to your cars to leave."

      With that all the boys grabbed theirstuff and left. I looked at Cam hugged her and said "I love you babe" I said. "I love you to" cam said. "Hey if you ever just wanna talk then mind link me" she said "ok bye" I said by this time we were already at our cars. I looked at her one more time and waved she did the same. I got in my car and started to drive home and had that feeling of being watched but, iwas not afraid this time because I knew that it was just my mates.

      Are you ready girls? I asked my inner beings. You bet we are.

I pulled up to my house grabbed my backpack and walked inside. I walked up to my room and got in the shower.

5 minutes later

         I got out of the shower and put on some sweats a hoodie and threw on some plain black supras. I walked downstairs and went to the kitchen and got a water bottle.  I heard 5 swooshes and that one simple question that will change my life forever was asked. "Are you ready?" I turned around and saw all of my beautiful mates standing around me. The way they were standing around me blocked my way  so I could go nowhere. "As ready as I could ever be" I answered.  They all smiled at me and said in unison "Follow us and we will show you the way."

          I followed them and we were off heading to lord knows where. They all stopped and looked at eachother before turning to face me. Then I heard bone snapping and clothes tearing.  I closed my eyes and cringed at the sound. Once the noise stopped I opened my eyes to see 5 different wolves standing there. WAIT WOLVES?! Before I could stop myself my innerwolf took over and right then and there I turned into my wolf. I started to growl ferociously. I barked (which is talking in wolf form) "Who are you five?" All of them looked at me, they didn't look very happy that I didn't know who they are, and said "We are your mates!" I cowerd away out of fear and habit. They are wolves and vampires!? "YOU GUYS ARE SHIFTERS?!"
