Chapter 2

Still curious about this breakup that Ten was talking about he takes him back to his house to take care of him. Ten obviously wasn't made for drinking.

Johnny carried Ten inside still out cold. He laid him down in his bed, took off his jacket, and got a trashcan to place beside the bed just in case. He then took a cold washcloth and laid it on Ten's forehead. He was about to leave but he got lost in Ten's dark brown eyes. His hand subconsciously started playing with his soft hair. Then suddenly Ten's eyes fluttered open slowly.

"Oh uh hello." Johnny smiled at Ten. Still playing with his hair.

"Uh I don't mean to be rude, but who are you, where am I, and why are you playing with my hair? Ten asks awkwardly smiling back. Johnny quickly pulls his hand away and backs up a little.

"Sorry I guess I didn't notice I was doing it. It's soft though if that makes this any less awkward." Johnny says trying to lighten up the situation. To his surprise Ten giggles again! Johnny felt so lucky to hear that beautiful sound twice in one night.

"Hey, it's okay. Thanks for taking care of me. That is what you were doing, right?" Ten asks still smiling.

"Oh uh yeah this probably sounds creepy but I took you home from the bar to take care of you, and I want to be honest I was curious about what kind of jerk was stupid enough to lose you." Johnny blurts out then realizes what he said, but decides to play it cool and just wait for an answer. Ten looks shocked then smiles a little.

"You know I've actually been wanting to talk about this to someone for a while." Johnny smiles with relief.

"It started in high school when I started dating this guy named Taeyong, he was really sweet to me in the beginning and would do anything for me just as long as I was happy. After a couple of weeks this guy, WinWin asked if I would tutor him in math, and I agreed. The next day I saw WinWin in the hallways and he had a black eye and a couple of scratches on his face. I asked him what happened and he didn't want to tell me. Taeyong and I went on a date later that day and he asked me what I thought about WinWin and that's when I figured it out. He was the one that beat up WinWin. An innocent boy that just needed some help got hurt because he got too close to me. I was dumb enough after that to keep going out with Taeyong. I kept thinking it was my fault that he hurt people, I let him get away with all of it. After we got out of school I just wanted to get away from him my friends and family kept telling me that he was dangerous, that it was a toxic relationship. So I decided to finally listen to them." When Ten finished his story he patiently waited for a response. Johnny hadn't realized until now that the reason he was so interested in Ten's break up was because he had a crush on Ten all throughout high school and he sees now that he still does have a crush on Ten, and now. He's free.
