I never was one to completely believe or disbelieve in a higher power, like God, or whatever else. I never questioned that relationship either, or that notion, but after a year of "thinking" I'd say I definitely changed my mind about it.
Maybe Buddhism would suit me better? It wouldn't be just meditation. It involves spirituality, so many things I could learn to value.
Well, regardless, God and I haven't had the best relationship, I'd say.
You ever wonder, if God is real, why hasn't He done a little something-something about all of this wicked shit in the world?
The thought of one definitive "higher power" was always strange anyway.
Oh well. Maybe I'll find the answer someday. Some things are just destined to happen. If God has a reason for all of this, it'd better be a good one.
You know, sometimes I'll pray. I still do. I don't know who to, but I hope that something hears me. Something, anything at all.
