The little boy

Zoya's pov

We all sat on the big table which was kept on the cafeteria with 7 to 8 chairs. 

There was self service so first Rahul and bella goes their and took up their stuff.  Two by two all goes there and took their stuff they need.

I was left all alone for serving my own food to me when I saw a baby boy sitting on the bench which was kept along the wall and he was silently weeping. 
I think he was hungry and lost in the mall.  So I took two frooties from the counter and went to him.

I didn't realize that all my friends were staring at me.  I go slowly to him and sat beside him.  I saw with my peripheral vision that he wiped his tears with his hands and looked towards me.

I took the frooty and dig the straw in the hole of the pack and slowly leaned to suck the juice.
When I saw him looking at me I smiled him and offered him the frooty . He looked frightened for some reason.  When he saw that I was giving him my frooty he looked at me like asking me that can I take it?

I looked at him and smiled and nodded my head.
He looked comfortable little.
He took the frooty from my hand and started sucking it.
I was staring at him is he lost ?

That only thought ran through my mind

When he finished the pack I take it from his hand and throw it in the dustbin kept beside the bench.
Then I took him into my lap and asked him in a soft voice

"What is your name baby?"  In a childish tone so that he feel comfortable and answer to my question.

He said in a broken voice A... Ayyaan .

He looked like he is 6 or 7 years old.

"Ayaan! What a cute name baby can you tell me with whom you come here. "

"I come here with my mom and my little baby sister."

"Okay!  Now where is your mother. "

"She told me to stand outside the washroom but mom didn't come. "

My mind told me that surely now her mom will be finding her child.

A thought struck in my mind when I came out from the washroom a lady was panicking and there is a little baby in her hands.

"Let's go to your mom. "

He jumped in excitement still sitting in my lap.
We stand from there and walked towards the washroom.

I saw there the same lady finding her child.  I came near her.

"mam is this your child? "

She turned to me and looked at her child and hugged her child leaning down and her knees on floor.

She looked at me

"Thank you!  So much you take care of my baby" kissed his cheek. "I was really very afraid of losing my child thank you so much thank you."

"Don't worry it's okay don't panic calm down. "

We walked towards the cafeteria as there was the exit of the mall

"Thank you so much for your help.
I have no words to thank you. "

"No problem at all from next time always keep your child with you. "
And I looked at the baby boy leaning to his level I said

"Baby don't ever leave your mother okay. "

"Okay!" and he gestured me to come forward I leaned close to his face he kissed me on my cheek

I smiled at his sweet act and kissed back on his cheek softly.

I stand up and bid good bye to them.

I sat on my chair and take the straw of my frooty between my lips and sucked the juice.
The juice was cold and tasty as well.  A moan left from my mouth and closed my eyes.

When I looked towards all my friends.  I raised my eyebrows as they were staring at me.  Straw still in my mouth. My cheeks flushed when I saw Aditya looking straight into my eyes and a mischievous smirk on his face.

I felt my face burning.  I blinked my eyes several times. I withdrew the straw from my mouth and bit lower lip.

All smiled at my innocence.

Pooja came and hugged from behind.

"You are so sweet zoiiieeee.......
My cutie pie!" She pinched my cheeks.

I squeezed my eyes due to the pinch.

Rahul said "She is so cute yaarrrr.......... "

"Hashtag cute little girl!" Bella said.

After the lunch we all went out of the mall .

All bid goodbye to each other and headed towards their homes.
