Chapter Ten: Snow Storms

I had a really hard time sleeping since Karen had called Piper about me being late to curfew. Piper called me and freaked out so now she said that I can't leave my house for the rest of break. I also had to take all those home tests for drugs and drinks last night. Karen was such a bitch for no reason. Piper never said I couldn't have people over so I never canceled with Matt. My phone rang at 10:30 in the morning and it was Matt trying to face time me.

"Good morning bae" Matt waved through the little screen.

"Hey" I yawned

"When bae rejects you calling them bae" he pouted

"When bae doesn't realize that your tired as fuck" 

"When bae calls you bae" Matt wiggled his eyebrows up and down and smiled his is adorable smile.

"So when is bae coming over?" I asked

"I will be heading over to bae's in ten minutes after I get bae Starbucks and chipotle"

"When bae gets you a healthy breakfast" I said sarcastically.

"I'll be there in 20 I'm leaving my house now"

"I'm not decent yet though slow down there bae" I put my hand up and made a double chin

"You're always decent. You're bae because you're perfect kk bye love you Gel" Before I could say I love you too Matt hung up.I rushed around my room looking for a cute holiday outfit since we were decorating the tree. It was so cold in my house so I grabbed a red Christmas sweater and leggings. I put my hair half up half down and only put on a little make up. Right as I was cleaning up my room Matt rang the door bell. I ran down stairs and opened the door. Karen cam running to the door after me.

"Ms.LeMonte who is this?" she asked. She looked flustered which only made me want to laugh. 

"It's just Matt " I opened the door and a gust of wind came in. Matt was covered in snow and had a bag of chipotle in his hands. 

"Go straight to the basement" I whispered as I pulled him into the house. He nodded and disappeared. 

"Ms. LeMonte, you aren't supposed to be going out for the rest of break" she scolded

"I'm not going out. I'm actually still here, with you, inside the house" I nodded. A frustrated look appeared on her face. She was obviously trying to say something back to me but instead I took the $50 I had hidden in my bra and shoved it into her hand. 

"Just don't tell Piper and no one gets hurt. Okay? Okay." I smiled and ran downstairs.I heard Karen walk back into the kitchen so I figured that meant she was taking the bribe.

"Heyoooooo" I yelled running and hugging a freezing Matt.

"Helloooo" he shivered. I helped him take off his hat and gloves and scarf. When he took off his jacket he had a sweat shirt underneath."It's so bad out there Gel."

"I know I feel bad that you came all the way here." I sighed

"Nah don't feel bad. I'd rather be here than anywhere else." He smiled and my stomach flipped. Right there I should have kissed him but I didn't. 

"Let's eat some chipotle" I smiled. I sat at the little bistro table behind all the couches. Matt had put the food on the table. Inside the bag there were the drinks. I had a pumpkin spice latte and Matt had a hot chocolate. Matt sat next to me as I opened my burrito. 

"You don't waste any time do you?" he asked

"What?" I mumbled with a mouth full of food. We both started hysterically laughing. I almost choked on my burrito.After we were finished eating I threw out all the garbage.
