Chapter 11

Carmen's POV

9:00 A.M. Thursday

As I walked into the shop Shandra walked over to me and asked was I still on for the double date at my house later on and I said yeah of course. She then told me that I had a service visitor in my office. I asked who and she said just go see. I opened the door to my office and there sat my brother Marcus. I smiled and walked over and said what a surprise and gave him a big bear hug and a kiss on the cheek. It's been a while since we seen each other in person bc he's such a busy man. He's a senator and that's take up most of his and then he has a wife and a family to take care of. We tried to talk once or twice a week though. Last week I finally told him that I found someone one also he already knew me and Renzo was over bc my mother told him. Mama always wanted him and daddy to protect me. Anyway we sat down and started talking.

Conversation:

Me: How are you and the family big brother?? How did you get her and did ma  put you up to this??
Marcus: Everything's good and so is the family. I flew down here and Shandra came and got me and noo mama didn't put me up to this but she did tell me about you and Renzo and how you have a new bf. Why so soon??
Me: Wow she told you about him. I wanted to be the one to tell you about Marlon. Yea u might think it's soon but Marlon treats me like a women and he makes me feel things I've never felt before. He really treats me how daddy treats mama and that's what really attracts me to this man. Even though he has a rough past I still can see past his pain and into his soul and it's good Marcus so that's why I fell for him so soon and no he's not a rebound bc Renzo and me have been over for years but I stayed in hopes of him trying to change but he didn't and then he kept cheating and that's something I couldn't take any loner and on top of that I had an abortion on the count of him bc he kept on telling me he wasn't ready for children and i did it and that's something I'll never forgive my self for bc I wanted children and I still do but not with him. And don't tell mama and daddy about me and my unborn child bc that's one of deepest darkest secrets and I know they will never look at me the same and they will NEVER I MEAN NEVER FORGIVE ME.
Marcus: I'm so sorry Carmen I never knew it was that bad. I really didn't think he was like that but I'm so glad that you found a great guy. I would sure like to meet him and talk to him.
Me: it's okay and that's why I always say you never know who your falling in love with. I would love for you to meet him bc your so important to me.
Marcus: aww baby sis. I love you to. And when can I meet ole boy.
Me: in a little bit bc he's coming to take me for lunch and also he has a child and she's going to.
Marcus: oh okay that cool. My wife had a child before we met and I ended up loving her like she was my own.
Me: and that's why I plan to do.

After we finished talking we went back and he did some hair cuts while I was doing hair.

Murda's POV

As I got doing meeting when the Italians I went over to the office and dropped off a million into my personal safe and dipped. For some reason I couldn't stop thinking about ole dude Adam so I called joe and told him to ask around about dude and do a check up on his background to see who nigga really was. It's something about this nigga that's mine boggling. Joe said ight and that he was on it and that he'll call me back in bout an hour and a half I said ight and hung up. I then drove over to Carmen's shop to scoop her up for lunch. When I walked in everyone said hello with a cheerful smile. I said hello and went straight to the back and as soon as I walked in I saw her and this dude talking. I smiled and said hello and wassup to the dude. I walked over to her and kissed her passionately. Then she finally said that the dude was her brother and it was time for us to meet. I smiled nicely and said wassup bruh nice to finally meet you. After that we had a great discussion. Man I was glad to meet him bc she talks a lot about him and I can tell he's important to her. She then told me that her family will be in tomorrow and I finally got to meet them and we are having a big dinner tomorrow to finally let our families meet and we all can get to know each other. Man I'm in love with this girl and I can tell this is my wife and future baby mama. Nigga a nigga really in love bruh.
