Running in the house a young boy quickly approached a quiet room, he opened the door swiftly, he was smiling happily.

"Ma!, Is papa back?" He asked, noticing his mother was looking gloomy while holding a piece of paper he felt a small chill go down his spine as he slowly made his way towards her. "Ma ma" he repeated, once he reached his mother's side he leaned over trying to read the paper.

Suddenly the black hair women began to sob as she pulled the paper to her chest but then turned to her son pulling him into a hug. "H-hinote... Your father, h-he isn't coming back" She whispered squeezing him.

"Pa..." Hinote's eyes began to water yet tried to fight them back, The raven colored hair boy hugged his mother in return but her crying into him made him break down as well, the two cried at the news. After what seemed like hours, Hinote got onto his knees as he still held his mother who sobs slowly faded away, the young kid reached out for the note his mother had dropped before grabbing onto him.

'Ashika has successfully completed his mission, unfortunately he has lost his life while doing so, his mission was to deliver rare medical supplies to the land of the wind but was ambushed-'

Hinote placed the letter back down not wanting to read anymore, The raven hair boy looked towards the window as moonlight shined through, his raven colored eyes looked down towards his mother who seemed to have cried herself to sleep.

"Ma" Hinote whispered softly as he tried to wake his mother up. His mother began to slightly wake up, fortunately they were in his mother's room an so Hinote dragged her to her bed. He managed to fix her correctly on the very low bed an cover her with the blanket.

Hinote wipped his face before walking out of the room, He quietly sighed as he headed back to his room feeling gloomy himself but tried to stay calm "Well... At least he's somewhere better" he whispered getting into bed, he stared forward towards the end of his bed and tears rushed down his face. Hinote covered his mouth as he didn't want to be loud from crying, He curled into a ball and began to cry himself to sleep.
