Hearing birds tweet sweetly Hinote slowly woke up, it felt like a normal day but kinda dull. 'was it a bad dream?' he thought to himself curiously, the fair skinned boy sighed relief thinking it was just a nightmare "Welp time for breakfast!" He happily told himself as he rushed out of bed as if nothing had happened. Hinote went to the kitchen but noticed his mother wasn't cooking was which kinda unsual. The raven haired boy felt a chill run down his spine as he clunched his hand into a fist.

"It has to be a dream" he whispered to himself before going to the refrigerator an grabbing simple supplies for a toast. "Ma likes toast, she's probably just tired" he mumbled to himself as he began to make breakfast. Soon after eating his toast he noticed his mother still hasn't came out of her room. Having a bad vibe Hinote grabbed his mother's plate of toast and went to her room "ma!" He called slowly opening the door. Hearing soft sobs Hinote walked in the room, he spotted his mother looking at the window yet tears fell on the floor.

"Ma" Hinote repeated, when he was about to place the plate down his mother turned around, her eyes weren't normal at all, they're red as blood yet held a black swirl inside of them. "Mama!" He gasped shock of the sight making him drop the toast onto the ground "gah!" He muffled getting onto his knees trying to pick up the small mess yet froze when his mother stood up her bloodly stare still set onto him. "Th-that's the S-sharingan isn't it?" He asked never seeing it in person before.

"Yeah it is, mangekyou sharingan specifically " the tall black haired woman calmly spoke as she picked up a small mirror "it is truly beautiful..." She whispered before tears ran down her face again "I remember... My father carved out his eyes to protect his family from these eyes... Now here i'am I couldn't control my sadness an I've unlocked a full curse" she told Hinote before getting back onto her knees. She took in a deep breath closing her eyes then reopened them revealing her original black colored eyes.

"Ma" Hinote whispered as he placed the toast back onto the plate an slowly stood up still kinda shaken from the sharingan's sight. "The mangekyou sharingan is supposed to be the fourth phase... Why do you have it?" He asked trying to stare towards the floor. Having just silence Hinote sighed as he turned around heading out of the room. "when my time comes... Will I have to do the same as our grandfathers?" He added, still having silence he took a step out of the room.

  "Hinote!"

Hinote turned back around from the call of his name, the raven haired boy held no expression as he waited for a response.

The tall slim women was quiet for a few moments before speaking up again "When your time comes, you'll be the hand that lights a new flame in our family... We've been trying to hide our flames but you, Hinote... Will be the uchiwa fan that helps the fire grow bigger... I have faith in you" she boldly told him getting back up an walking up to him, she placed her hand on his shoulder happily before adding on "you've made me breakfast, you are truly kind... Look I'm sorry I shouldn't be stuck in this room, I'll make proper food an perhaps tell the beginning of our hiding again yeah?" She chuckled awkwardly.

"Y-yeah" Hinote replied as the two walked out, hearing those words come from his mother he smiled brightly yet he could his mother's eyes were kinda dull, he knew she was sad an wanted to help her out yet didn't know how.

Mare walked into the kitchen while hinote place the no good toast onto the counter. The four year old was silent as he sat on the ground infront of a table waiting for his mother to finish cooking, Hinote stared at the table 'How will I awaken my Sharingan?' he thought to himself.
