Tabby slimes, in my opinion, are the most interesting slime, With the ears and tail of cats, they hold many cat-like characteristics.

Most slimes just hop around mindlessly, looking for food, at least, that's what most people say.

I don't like to say that they are mindless.

Tabbies seem to be the most intelligent.

I have studied them for quite a while, I have made many interesting discoveries about them and their behavior.

They are carnivores, but I have never seen them eat anything other than chickens, they don't eat other slimes or animals, not even humans, the only time I have seen them attack something other then chickens is when they are being threatened.

One time, early in my studies, one hopped up to me, I had feared it would try to attack like people say they do when they see humans.

It just sniffed me before hopping back off to its group.

That was one of the most interesting things, everyone says slimes will attack humans if they see them, but this one didn't.

I have followed this one around for quite sometime after that, calling the Tabby, Neko, Japanese for cat.

Neko would sometimes hop up to me and nudge me in a friendly manner, head-butt my chest or arm, they do that a lot it seems, once even curling up into my side for a nap.

She seems to trust me, so I trust her.

Slimes are truly magnificent creatures, and I love to watch them and study them.

I have learned that there is so much more to them then the 'monsters' they supposedly are.

And I hope to someday prove to people that they aren't some mindless monsters that should be killed.

But amazing creatures that you can form a deep bond with, a bond that is so different from any other, I feel that everyone should get to experience the wonder of forming a bond with a slime.

And someday, I hope that can actually happen.
