Will pov
We were painting the Hades cabin. Nico had gathered all his friends to renovate his cabin and this included me. It had been three weeks since the fall of Gaia. I had spent most of it in the infirmary healing campers. Nico and I had been slowly spending more time together. When he asked if I wanted to help him with his cabin I was jumping for joy (much to Nico's annoyance).
I looked sideways at the cute Italian. Thanks to me he was steadily putting on wieght and hot damn! Piper finally convinced him to cut his hair and I swear I tripped over my own tounge when I saw him. If you hadn't guessed yet I was crushing on him in a major way. I am definitely a sucker for a bad boy and Nico had bad boy down pact.
He looked over at me and smirked. "Got paint on your face doc" I wiped my face. Nico chuckled at me. "You just made it worse." I tried to wipe it away again but Nico began to laugh harder. I exacted my revenge and splashed the cream paint across his cheek. Nico looked at me with a look of shock. "Oh you are sooo dead!"
I turn and ran out of the cabin weaving around Percy and Jason carrying a couch. I ran all the way to the woods. I turn to find I was alone. That's wierd cause I swear he was.....
"Got ya" Nico yelled as he stepped out of a shadow and through a bucket of paint at me.
I stood there covered in paint. "Really death boy?" I asked. He stood there laughing. I was obsessed with his smile. I made it a personal challenge to make him smile as much as possible. However I could not let this stand. I stepped forward and holding out my paint covered arms at him. Nico shook his head and put up a hand to stop me. I gave him a winning grin. "You look like you need a hug!"
"Don't even think about it sunshine!" I took a step closer and he turned and ran back to his cabin with me hot on his heals. Just as he entered the door I lunged and brought us both crashing to the floor. "I hate you so much!" Nico yelled. I laughed as we slowly untangled ourselves. We stood up to find the seven surrounding us with a mix of bemused looks.
"So he is your type?" Percy asked in mock surprise.
"Who doesn't like a smart blonde?" Annabeth put in.
"I certainly can't" he replied giving her a cheesy grin.
"Shut up both of you!" Nico yelled. My mind slowly ticked over. His type? Smart blonde? Me? OMGs!!!
"Wait are you saying....." I started.
Nico's face went white! "Nothing!" Nico sounded panic. "They.... no..." He looked like he was gonna kill Percy.
"Wait Will doesn't know?" Percy asked Nico carefully. Nico shocked his head. "Oh shist I am sorry man! I didn't realise....."
Nico started to back up. He looked around urgently. "Nico......" he shook his head at me. I instinctly leaped forward as he jumped into a shadow.

So shadow traveling sucks. I threw up as soon as we stopped. I looked up to see Nico stumble sideways. I reached out and caught him as he calapsed.
We sank to the ground in a heap. I quickly checked him over. He was luckily just asleep. I look around us. We were in a flower garden but it was unlike any other garden I had seen. The flowers looked more like glittering gems. They glittered in the darkness like colourful stars in the night sky.
I stood up. Something was off. The garden felt wierd. Then I realise all the flowers where facing me. I took a few steps to the left...... they moved. I went back to Nico and they moved again.
"They are attracted to you. They can feel the sun coming from you." I turn to see a beautiful woman with dark hair and a floral dress. I instantly realise where.
