Bakugou and Deku entered the lunch area holding hands, causing the other students to give looks. Deku began blushing and held his head low, Bakugou noticed and sat down at the nearest seat asking Deku to sit next to him. Deku did, but sill held his head low being a bit embarrassed.
"I'm going to get us food, okay?" Bakugou said
Deku nodded not saying a word, still a bit embarrassed.
Bakugou stood up and left to grab food, walking slowly.
"Thank you.." Deku whispered as Bakugou walked away, the sound of his foot steps filling Deku's head.
Bakugou smirked hearing what Deku said.
About 10 minutes passed by and Bakugou came back putting Deku's food in front of him.
"Thank you, Bakugou." Deku said softly
"You're welcome, darling." Bakugou said
The two began eating their food as Iida and Uraraka approached the table.
"Greetings, Midoriya and Bakugou." Iida said as robotic as always
"Hiya, Deku and Kacchan!" Uraraka said happily, smiling brightly.
"Hi, Iida and Uraraka." Deku said.
Bakugou waved, as he had food in his mouth.
"How was training today?" Iida asked as he was out doing something for Thirteen.
"It was great!" Uraraka said happily.
"It was fire." Bakugou said.
Deku sat silently
"Deku?" Iida said
"O-oh- I wasn't able to participate because of the after effects of my quirk, I hate that I can't participate with those tests." Deku said, not making eye contact with anyone.
"Oh, I'm sorry Midoriya, you will be able to participate in these tests some day." Iida said, trying to encourage him.
"Yeah, hopefully.." Deku said softly, putting a fork full of food into his mouth.
The four sat in a bit of silence until Uraraka said:
"Hey, do you guys want to hangout at Blossom Park after school today?" She asked happily
"Sure, I have to let my mom know I will be going." Deku said smiling and looking up to the other three
"Same, as Deku." Bakugou said
"My parents don't care as long as I come home everyday, it doesn't matter what time." Iida said
"Great!" Uraraka exclaimed.
They continued talking and giggling all through the rest of lunch all the way up until the bell rang there were two more classes left for the day.
