I am at school and I have been looking for Hayden the whole time. "Hey Kenz have you seen Hayden?" I said. "No sorry" she said. "It's ok" I said and walked to my first class.

I am in 5th period and I saw Hayden walk in and he sat next to me. I look at him and he had his hood up but had messy hair, cuts on his face and arms, he had red puffy eyes, bags under his eyes and tear stains. "Are you ok" I said. Hayden didn't say anything he just kept his head down.

It was lunch time and I went to find Hayden sitting on the third branch of the tree. I climbed up and sat next to Hayden. "Look Hayden I know it's hard for you since Hunter left but you have to stay strong" I said. "I can't Hunter meant so much to me" he said crying harder. I put my arm on Hayden's sweatshirt sleeve and it moved up. I looked at his arm closely and noticed that the scars are fresh ones. "Hayden why you promised me that you wouldn't do it again" I said holding up his arm. "I'm sorry Annie but you don't understand that knowing my dad dying because he didn't care about me, my mom abounding me because she doesn't love me, having my brothers abuse me every day of my life and knowing the brother I care about is dead and with that cutting my arm is the only thing that makes me happy right now" Hayden said crying. I hugged Hayden. "I don't want anything bad to happen to you Hay" I said. "I know Ann's" he said as he kissed my forehead.
