George pov.
He laid there as he saw everything as a blur but he could see Laura full in tears. He coughed as he whispers slowly "Don't cry Laura I'll be okay" as the paramedics rush in taking him away. He slowly blacked out as he got taken away.

Laura pov.
She got up as she wanted to go with him but the police stopped her as she looked at them. "Please let me go with him" she said out as her heart broke in pieces. The police did not let her go "You have to answer these questions first then you can visit him, miss" she sighed after the 30 mins of questions they finally let her go. As she rushed out the building realising no public transits were driving no longer and she barely had money for a cab.
"Walking it is then" she mumbles to herself. She started walking as seconds turned to minutes and minutes to an hour as she arrived. "About fucking time" as she walks inside to check if she can see him. She walked to his room as she saw the boy lay as tears formed in her eye. "I'm so sorry" she whispers under her breath.

George pov.
George was already awake as he heard Laura her words "Atleast your safe" he said with pain as he looked over at Laura. He saw the girl breakdown in big tears as it broke his heart. "Please Laura don't cry you are okay that's all that matter..." he said as she cried more "but you are not" he heard the girl say as it sounded she was broken.
"Laura come here" he said concerned looking at her.
"I'm not dying I'm gonna be fine" he tried grabbing her hand as he held it. "Are you cold?" He tilted his head as he felt her cold hand. She shook her head but he sensed that she was lying but he let it slip.

Laura pov.
She just looked at the boy laying in the bed. "Do you mind if I stay with you until you can go home I dont wanna go home or leave you alone.." she says trying to avoid eye contact. She was scared to hear his words after all what happened to him all because of her. "Yeah sure" he said as she looked at him and smiled brightly

Hours passed as George could go back home.

George pov.
After he made sure Laura got home safely he walked back to his apartment even though he could barely walk he wanted to be sure she got home safe. He took the lift as he reached his level. "Gosh I have to explain this to Alex dont I " he mumbles to himself as he opens the door. It was 6 am so he tried not making any noise as before he knew the lights where turned on. "Fuck" he mumbles as Alex turned him around as Alex saw how bad he was beat up. "What the fuck happend to you" he raised his voice. He looked at Alex as he explained everthing as Alex made sure he got into his room "so you saved this girl? Never thought you would safe a girl you just met of the streets" he chuckled a little as George laid into his bed grabbing his phone. "Insane isn't it, I feel like I have a strange connection with her" he said to Alex. "Be careful okay, goodnight" Alex walked out of his room as he stared at the ceiling as he thought about everything eventually messaging the girl.
George:Hey are you still awake?
He looked at his screen for 5 mins as he shrugs assuming she is asleep but before he could turn his phone off he got a message.
Laura: Yeah I had to clean up the mess infront of my door. #NoFun
George realized what was left of that fight and quickly responded to her.
George: forgot about that I'm so sorry I should've helped you really.
Laura: just go and rest it's fine I should be the one saying sorry but now sleep mister save your girl which thanks for that.
He smiled a little as he sighed.
George: okay okay I'll go to sleep goodnight princess.
