I was tired of being alone and miserable. My apartment needed to be cleaned and I had to catch up on "College Homework" yeah because that was sure to happen. I'll probably end up either;
A. Cheating off the nerd that sits next to me,
B. Bullshit my way through college... Ehhh probably both...
I had just gotten out of a long, thirty minute shower, and had dressed myself in a floral see-through blouse with a black cami underneath paired with white, high waisted shorts. I couldn't find the cute sandals I had just boughten. (Go figure) So I decided to put on my Sperry's, blow-dry my hair and put some simple makeup on. I grabbed the keys to my 2012 blue mustang and hauled ass to my class. It was 8:45 am and my class started at 9:05 am. I got to the Dallas Intersection and to my luck it was jammed packed. Yay, as if my professor loved me already he would love me after being thirty minutes late to his class! That is, if I went.
"'"'"'"'"'''"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
I decided to skip class today, catch up on my "Homework" ,and just chill since I wasn't in the best mood ever. I was in a thinking mood and that was never good.
My friends called to complain about how I was the *sarcastic voice* "Best student ever!!" Haha!! Like that bothered me. Lexa, Ashley and Destiny decided it would be fun to go out to eat tonight and wanted me to tag along. Thankfully they didn't know that I was in a crabby mood... Not yet anyway...
I hadn't eaten lunch and by the time it was 6:30 I was starving and ready to eat dinner. Grabbing my coach wristlet, I was ready to start my night at the Hard Rock Cafe. Traffic was still horribly overwhelming so I decided to take a longer- more difficult path and finly made it to the center of the city and my destination.
The girls have been trying to set me up with someone (or anyone...) for sometime now but they just don't get it; I'M NOT READY! To move on that is. After I broke up with Tyler I convinced my self that I didn't have a heart for anyone to break anymore. Just like I don't have the heart to love anymore people than I already do.
"Hey gurllll!", Lexa stretched out and squealed in my ear. Wow, what a greeting!
"Hey", I replied back coldly. Instantly regretting my harsh tone towards my bestie, I gave her a sorrowful look but all she did was shrug it off and kept smiling.
"Soooo?", Ashley asked, "What do ya want to eat?"
I shrugged in response and she rolled her eyes. We ordered a bunch of food for only three girls and resultantly pigged-out. We ordered a couple beers (even though I'm underage) Lexa knows people and everyone knows her. After three beers in, and a couple shots later we where ALL smiling and giggling and taking dares from one-another... Until one dare...
"I dare you to go flirt with those guys over there!", At first I didn't want to but Destiny (or Dez) just has her ways of getting into my mind and twisting it around. So of course I took the dare. I have no earthly idea of what I was getting myself into but I did it and it changed my life.
I strutted over to the table next to the three hot boys. Where one of my 'guy' friends was sitting and I casually started to talk to him and his friends. The table next to them sat my dare 'target' and five other boys. Making sure that I was facing the cute boys at the other table (while my guy friends backs were turned so that they couldn't see them) We started talking about random stuff and every once in a while the blonde from the other table would turn around and smile or the one with curly hair would wink. I never got the nerve to go over to the table but yet some how it felt like we were having a conversation with our eyes.
Twenty minutes later all my guy friends had to leave but the boys at the other table sat at the same table. I couldn't go back with Lexa, Destiny, and Ash anticipating there great dare. I would never hear the end of it because I hadn't gone through with the dare. So I decided to stay at the table I had been at and pulled out my iPhone 4s and did a emergency 'Get your ass over here to save me' text to Lexa. She pulled out her phone and rolled her eyes.
Figures.
Hah love you too.
She would join the dark side, I knew she would! Just as I was about to get up and leave the restaurant the cute blonde (a.k.a. my target) from the other table got up and sat down in an empty deserted chair placed next to me. He had blonde hair and crystal blue eyes; eyes like the water in California, and I loved them. He seemed different, but I liked it. Suddenly he started to speak;
"Hey", an accent so pure as to my birthplace, Ireland. I smiled and said
"Hey", in my mind it was nohing but pathetic... Pathetic thats all I was... I saw his eyes sparlke and a million dollar smile. We carried on our conversation for a good ten minutes. During those ten minutes I was certain that I liked him, more than just what a friend could be. I dicovered his name was Niall. I help couldn't help but make fun of the little irish boy and call him the Nile River.
Half an hour flew by and We exchanged phone numbers. As we walked each other out of the restaurant where I was surprised to find that his four friends were waiting for him out in a black mini-van. My friends met me at the door only two seconds after Niall drove away and they were pounding me with questions. Whats his name? What does he do? Is he from here? Is he funny? Does he like food?...
After way to many drinks and paying the bill we had failed to ditch earlier whenever we said good bye to the boys. We decided to go home. Sadly we weren't thinking. I decided to ride shotgun while Dez was driving. Not even half way back to my apartment and we were rocking out to the radio. Specifically; Jason Aldean, Take A Little Ride. Dez was swerving into the left lane and all of us where to drunk to notice. We giggled, we laughed and we made the biggest mistake possibe. Drunk driving.
