Chapter 5
"She was neutral and was gifted with great power and that's how she went missing.*". "Well,what do you mean she went missing ?",I asked puzzled
"Well no one ever saw her again after she turned six",I seemed to be confused at George's response ."I known what your thinking ,but unfortunately even I don't have the answer to the question your gonna ask ".
After knowing what George said ,I decided not to ask any further questions because they may only annoy him. Although there were these questions running in my head ,that why the hell I'm I here , am I related to any of this ,are my powers useful, and why am I an Angevil-Eve in the first place ??? I kept wondering and wondering until Jason came in and took me to show me my bed room , so that I could have a good night sleep , since it wasn't safe for me outside ,I had to stay here for the night.
My bedroom wasn't that big but it had two queen sized beds kept parallel to each other , a dressing mirror and some furnished wooden furniture . It was suitable for one person ,but that's when I discovered I had to share my room with someone else, well actually she was the one who was sharing her room with me , since I was new here .
Well my roommate was a Blondie named Sarah which I came across when Jason notified her that I was her 'new' roommate. As Jasons shut the door I noticed in the corner of the room , some guitars were kept."do you know how to play guitar?" I questioned her. "Well I used to...I haven't played in a really long time","0Key" ,I said awkwardly since I didn't know what to say. I Just gazed around the room. "well pick a bed then", she demanded ,"umm! I-I'll take the one beside the window", "sure go ahead", she said in a tired tone. As we both slipped into our Pajamas and jumped into bed ,I asked her,"for how long have you been here?", "a couple of months I guess", "how did you get here?","now that's a long story I don't have time for!" ,"oh ok",I just kept quit then .".. Umm I'm tired, how about we get asleep , since today you just had a very weird day ,you'll need some good slumber to get over it","oh!..I don't think so I'll ever get over this day " , I murmured to myself as I pulled the blanket over myself and closed my eyes , only hoping tomorrow would be a better day.
"wake up wake up it's nine in the morning and you're still asleep " , Jason yelled as he tried his best to wake me up."what the heck why did you wake me I was having such a great dream","stop dreaming princess ,put your shoes on and come with me",he said this pulling me out of bed .He waited impatiently as I got dressed .he griped my wrist and dragged me to this wonderful place called 'the hall of ray'.This hall was huge and had chandeliers everywhere , there were windows all over the place as the sun shone thought the crystal chandeliers it formed the seven spectrum colors of white light. As the rays of sunlight shone it opened up my pours and I could feel my skin getting warmer .Now I understand why it was called the hall of Ray . I didn't want to question so much ,because lately that's what I've been doing ,but I really needed to find out why I was here in this place and a billion questions were running in my mind . So being confused I asked" why are we here , is there something you wanna show me ,by the way what is this place ,I mean what do you do here ,where are we going???". He made no response but just moved on.
He held a red apple in his hand. "here you go ,now turned this into a pineapple"
"Oh what ,I cannot do that","just try to focus on the Apple and think of the pineapple image in your mind",as a vivid of a pineapple popped into my head , I shut my eyes and felt the weight of the red apple in my hand, as the surface started to get rougher , I opened my eyes ,only to find a pineapple in my hand. I was astonished by the sudden change in the fruit that I griped.
After this he made me practice all the magical things I was capable off. I was thought how to make different objects float ,disappear and reappear . After practicing it several times and making about a hundred mistakes I finally got it.
As I was practicing I was focusing on my hearing ability and oh my it was amazing because I was able to hear what people were talking outside the hall of Ray at a pretty long distance , "well that was pretty impressive , now I can finally hear girls gossiping ", I murmured do myself ,loud enough for Jason to hear "but let me warn you you can only use your powers for good ", has he tried to advise me I just rolled my eyes at him.
I mean Come on who doesn't wanna hear juicy gossip, turn people into fruits like pineapple, Get a glass of water without getting up, cause people who I hate to disappear and don't forget compelling people like my parents let me go out for parties and do stuff I'm not supposed to, this stuff is just so cool. After having a time my life with actual real magic ,it was time to leave because guess what! since I wasn't able to go back to my house I was supposed to go to school here . being here in this beautiful magical world people still go to school ,like come on people .
"well let me take you on a tour to our school , you know just to show you around so you're ready for your first day tomorrow" , "what the heck ! am I going to school tomorrow and I'm not even ready, do you expect me to go to school with all this going on , I don't know anyone here , how do you expect me to make friends,how do you expect me to focus ,I can't go to school! Please!"," now now ,you know school is very important, no matter where you are you need to study".
When he said this , I only thought that he must be a nerd or something, because a normal teenager wouldn't exactly say that . Well I have to admit he didn't look nerdy at all ,I mean he had blonde hair, blue eyes, Ivory skin, I had to agree he was pretty cute, but no! Way I'm crushing on him. Because he's just some guy with supernatural powers like me.
After hours of practice and hard work we finally went down for lunch....
