When Sara begins to take aerobics, she spots a familer looking book in the classroom. When Sara has the chance, she takes a look to find that it's her aerobics teacher's secret diary. The diary talks about the secret hiding in her room but when Sara decides to find out what this secret is, the only thing she finds is her abusive father hiding underneath the bed!
