Chapter Two

Eridan awoke to hear a knocking on his door. Of course, he got up to answer it. He slowly swung open the door to see a disabled troll smiling up at him.

"uH,,, HEY ERIDAN. yOUR BROTHER SAID I SHOULD WAKE YOU UP,,," The anxious troll stuttered, obviously trying to keep his composure.

Eridan smiled back, and put his hand down to Tavros's level.
"C'mon, givve me some. Can't leavve a LARP buddy behind, right?"

"uH,,, YEAH! oH YEAH, THE GROUP SESSION IS AT MITUNA'S TODAY,,,"

"Oh, okay! I expect that Rufioh and Gam wwill be there too, right?"

" yEAH,,, THEY'LL BE THERE,,, "

"Alright, I need to get dressed first, and then eat breakfast. I'll be dowwn in a minute!"

Eridan, Tavros, and Cronus get into the purple car that the Ampora's owned. Almost immediately, Cronus went to reach for the radio volume to turn up the music, but Eridan hissed at him with slight annoyance.

"Wwe are going to listen to wwhat Tavv wwants to listen to. Noww Tavv, wwhat soong do you wwanna listen to?" Eridan smiled at Tavros, who was grinning as well.

"uHHH,,, WELL, THERE IS THIS SONG BY UHHH,,, wALLOWS. iT'S CALLED "ARE YOU BORED YET. iT'S REALLY GOOD!"

"I knoww that song! It's actually on my playlist!" Eridan replied, pulling out his phone. He quickly found the song, and put it on.

"Wwhat's wwrong?"

"yOU'VE BEEN ASKING BUT I DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER"

"Howw come?"

"i'M STILL THINKING,,, LET'S PRETEND TO FALL ASLEEP NOW"

"Wwhen wwe get old wwill wwe regret this?"

"And stallin' only goes so far wwhen you got a head start"

"cUZ WE COULD STAY HOME AND WATCH THE SUNSET"

"But I can't help from askin' "Are you bored yet?""

" aND IF YOU'RE FEELING LONELY YOU SHOULD TELL ME"

"Before this ends up as another memory"

" wILL YOU TELL THE TRUTH SO I DON'T HAVE TO LIE"

"Wwill you tell the truth so I don't havve to lie"

"I can see right through your lies"

"bUT I'D LIKE TO BE BY YOUR SIDE"

"If you could tell me how you're feelin'"

"mAYBE WE COULD GET THROUGH THIS UNDEFEATED"

"Holdin' on for so long"

"cUZ WE COULD STAY AT HOME AND WATCH THE SUNSET"

"But I can't help from askin' "Are you bored yet?""

"aND IF YOU'RE LONELY I THINK YOU SHOULD TELL ME"

"Before this ends up as another memory"

"wILL YOU TELL THE TRUTH SO I DON'T HAVE TO LIE"

"Wwill you tell the truth so I don't have to lie"

Eridan looked at Tavros, and gave him a high five.
"Great job Tavv!"

" uHH,,, THANKS ERID-"

"Vwe are here you tvwo. I'll help Tavv out," Cronus smiled.

"sO tAvBrO, wHaT's BeEn goInG oN iN yOuR tHiNkPaN tHiS wEeK?" Gamzee slurred, partially leaning toward the rust-blood. There was a hint of grape flavoured Faygo on the high-blood's breath, and Tavros was leaning towards Gamzee to smell more of that great smell.
Eridan could tell just from this action that the two were going to probably have a very sloppy make out session after therapy. Out of the corner of his eyes, he saw Cronus and Mituna giggling while Kurloz just smiled softly.

"Hey Chief, vwhat's on your mind?" Cronus inquired.

"Oh, wwell, most of you guys probably heard about wwhat happened to Feferi yesterday. For those wwho didn't, she got killed wwhile tryin' to get me a present. I wwas at wwork when I got the call, and I wwas horrified. Wwhen I got home, I just cried and cried, until Tavv sent me a message about group ther-" The Violet-blood was interrupted by someone.
That certain someone was Sollux.

"ew, Tuna, why ii2 fii2hdiick here? II told you he'2 not allowed in our hiive!"

"50LLUX, D0N7 C0MPL41N! H15 M4735PR1T3 JU5T D13D! 570P B31NG 5UCH 4 50UR PU55!"

"waiit, 2he DIIED? what happened? diid ED kiill her?"

When Eridan heard this, he screeched. Pushing himself off the floor, he sprang at Sollux, fangs bared. The yellow-blood shrieked, and tried to move out of the way. However, it was to late. Eridan landed on top of Sollux, and began scratching and punching the other troll.

Cronus and Rufioh leapt up and began trying to pull Eridan away from Sollux, only to be kicked and hissed at.

"Howw DARE you accuse me of killing my owwn MATESPRITE!" The violet-blood snarled, finally being pulled back by Kurloz.
Sollux looked bad. His eye was swollen, and his glasses were broken. He had blood running from his nose, and scratches down the left side of his face. Mituna rushed over to his brother asking if he had broken anything.

Eridan was instantly scolded by Cronus about how what he did was unacceptable. The fish prince growled, and glared at his dancestor.
"Eridan! Stop it now, we are going home! And, you're grounded!"

As Eridan was dragged out of the hive, he saw Sollux looking through the window at him. The yellow-blood looked.... Sorry. Eridan's scowl softened into a small smile, and quickly Sollux's immitated the action.

Ugh. This was a pain in the bonebulge to write. With this included, it was 880 words. I know that isn't much, but for me it was a major pain.
Anyway, tomorrow the contest for the cover ends. I'm pretty excited.
