it's been a year

Chloe's pov

It's the senior year and im not that excited,  last year was a disaster. I hope at least this year is better.
I applied some nude lipstick and left for school . I'm not that big of a makeup person.

I have friends who join me for school.
Stacey picks us up. I walk down the stairs, and had my break fast in silence. My mom usually leave for work early.  My dad left us when i was 5.
He talks with on phone sometimes.

I locked the front door and sat on my porch,  texting my mom that im leaving for school. 

Mom 😍: carry on hun, have fun. Kisses.

I smiled at my phone when i heard Stacey honking the horn. I got in and we both picked us  our  regular coffee and picked Mona, Sarah and Julia on the way. We listened to some pop music and chatted a little about our holidays. We did not mostly see each other in the holidays. But we chatted or called each other.

We reached the school and we all did not even have a smile on our face.  Nobody in this school was a big fan of us.
So we just ignored those creepy stares and went to our lockers.

I saw Peter walking towards us with a big smile. Finally a known face. I could hear Sarah sighing softly.  He came and asked us "how are u girls doing?  Haven't seen any of you girls in a while?! "
Mona said "yeah.we have been busy.  Where were you? "

"I went to my aunts house in Austria "

Stacey mumbled "i wish i could go out of this town for a while.  Anyways let's get to our classes.  "

I said "there is time. You alright? " after seeing her emotion less face.

She said "been better."  And left without another word.

I glanced over at Peter.  He had a small smile. 

We saw a new guy being made fun of down the hall.  I couldn't see his face clearly all i can see was his blonde hair.

The noisy hallway turned into a hall of whispers and we turned back to know the reason. 
We saw Steve,  Noah and Walter walking past the "Mean Girls group" ,  i don't even wanna talk about them.
The trio stopped after seeing us.

Sarah said looking at Steve " look who got a ear piercing "

He chuckled and replied " yeah...  I kinda needed some change--"

Before he could finish we heard some one shouting in an unknown language.

It was that new guy.  Walter walked over there. oh shit, not on the first day itself.  He always does this,  see people bulling some one and the terrible side of him is on.

We all followed him and tried to stop him.
Thank God that he didn't punch anyone and just said "get out from here and leave him alone James " .

James and Walter doesn't have good history. 

And James left without a word,  which is very unusual.

That guy with blonde hair shyly looked at us.

"u alright? Where are u from? "asked Noah.

"yeah,  thanks. I'm from Korea,  I'm here as an exchange student.  Im jin"

"it's nice to meet u jin.  " Noah said and shook hands with him.  The rest of us introduced ourselves and we all left for class after the bell rang.

We saw Mr.john walk past us with a glare. We never liked him and he never liked us after that incident.

Flashback ...

Few months before

It was a rainy day , me Walter and Mona was walking around our street. It was a weekend. 

We saw mister John'car drive past us swiftly.  And stopped at the end of the street.  We saw a young woman get in and peck him on the lips.  Mr. John saw us looking at him on his little rendezvous . He drived his car from there like nothing happened .

Few hours later we saw Mr. John walking into the cafe where we usually stopped for coffee. He throws a paper at our face and said "u guys will pay for it soon. "

I looked at him confused and Walter read it out.  In that paper there was thing we saw. He misunderstood it was us.
From next day on he would point is out for every unwanted things "

The most worst part was he banned us from going to prom.

Flash back ends

I sat down on my desk and saw mister  John walk in.
Shit what a beautiful start of our senior year

And who do u think mister and misses John is,  they were Sarah's  step parents.
