🎉Personality-
He is described as friendly, cheerful, and a bit mischievous, but also as carelessly eccentric. He has a strong belief in black magic and loves folklore. Fairy tale princesses, specifically the tale of Ileana Cosânzeana, bring out Romania's romantic side. Character notes reveal that his strong points are good luck charms, fortune telling, and magic.He isn't always aware of how aspects of his history or culture may affect others, as he doesn't seem to notice when he disturbs Bulgaria with some of his stories. Character notes indicate that, despite his jokester appearance, he is a hard worker and is good at reading the atmosphere.

Clingy Type Yandere: These yanderes as you can tell by the name are clingy. And by clingy I mean super clingy. They can always be found right next the person of their affection and rarely never leave their side. They are usually close to their love interest and they tend to be the most childish out of all the yanderes. They are fine by just being by the side of their love interest but if someone comes and tries to take that spot away their yandere feelings awaken.
Meeting you-
You were fairly new, you had only been to the meetings once or twice. You had met some interesting people when there including people like America or even China. However you seemed to stick by the nordic 5. Not only were you Greenland- a part of their countries, but they were like family for you. Norway had mentioned to you that one country couldn't make it to these meetings due to some things and he'd introduce you later since he did have a club with the man and England. You only reluctantly agreed due to your curiosity getting the better of you. The meeting had ended as you followed norway to his club. They held it at England's place. You weren't too fond of England's cooking but his place was fairly nice. You were greeted my the Englishman and you smiled. He was so kind to you and you enjoyed it. " (y/n), are you ready to meet him?" Asked norway as you nodded, a little shy. He chuckled and ruffled your hair " don't worry he doesn't bite much" with that he walked away from a very confused you. "Wait, norway! What do you mean not much??" You ran after him really confused. You could never tell his joking from the truth. You were sitting besides norway at a table the Englishman had. " he should be here any moment (y/n), I'm sorry that he dragged you with him." England had said trying to calm you down at least a little bit. He was seated next to norway so the only seat left was beside you. In walked a very interesting looking man. He looked like a vampire! " nice of you to finally join us" norway had said, sarcasm lacing his words. The man laughed a bit and then stopped as he looked at you
" hey, England who the lady?" England only seemed a bit irritated at his blunt statement and he sighed. " she's a new country, since you weren't able to show up there norway brought her here to meet you" with that the strange man nodded in an understanding look and proceeded to sit next to you. You saw him a little closer so you could see exactly what he looked like. He was a tall guy, reaching around 5'7 (or for those like me who don't use feet , 172 cm) he had light shaggy strawberry blonde hair. His red eyes and small fang stood out immediately. He had to be a vampire! He wore a small top hat that had two ribbons from it, with a large red trench coat. He took the large trench coat off due to the room being quite warm revealing a long sleeve black shirt with the Romanian flag printed onto it. How original. He turned to you , grinning slightly " so what country you are?" You gulped slightly rehearing Norway's words " I am Greenland, I live with mr norway and the other nordics..." he chuckled slightly " that means I can visit you , right?" You nodded making him even more excited , but noticing your terrified form he sighed slightly and looked at norway , squinting a bit " I feel like norway said I bite and that's not true." In a flash norway bursted with laughter, finding his reaction and yours hilarious . At this point everyone was scared of norway. The man sighed " okay, let me properly introduce myself seeing as someone likes jokes." He said whilst still squinting at a now calming down norway. He stuck his hand out for you to shake , and you shook it as he spoke. " I am romania, but you can call me vlad if you'd like! Yes, I am a vampire but I don't bite, I promise!" You laughed slightly " nice to meet you mr romania." He shook his head in disapproval " no no you can call me just romania or vlad! Mr makes me sound old" he said whilst pouting. You giggled slightly at his childish behavior "okay vlad, I'm sorry for making you sound old." His face lit up and seemed so happy he might jump out of his seat! After said club you seemed to get along with him quite well, exchanging numbers even. Sure he was quite odd but he was fairly kind and you seemed to take an interest in him.
Stalking you-
He would definitely stalk you if he wasn't by your side. He is someone you'd let in close without even realizing. He was a fun person to be around and seemed full of surprises. He'd be able to stalk you easily. With his magic and since you'd been around him quite often he could just watch you with his magic of course!
Keeping you close-
As stated above it'd be easy for him to be close you on the fact you were interested into him. He had all sorts of surprises up his sleeve to be honest. It was definitely instigated by romania to hang out with you all the time. He ended up becoming your best friend and perhaps even a huge crush as well.
Kidnapping you-
Today was exciting for you, you finally were invited to his house! You could finally see what type of person he was and what type of things he really liked! You were beyond eager due to the fact he never seemed to wanna go to his home. You two had arrived at what looked like a vampire castle from stories. You had to take a double look due to the shock that you were completely right! He chuckled at you and mentioned for you to follow him. You agreed and followed him inside and he shut the door behind you, locking it. You didn't mind he did that due to the fact anyone could try and break in, especially this place! It was so cool, just like all the stories! He had not been wearing his usual attire with just a striped jacket and the same Romanian flag shirt underneath. You followed him to a room in which had a table with a few candles on it. For some reason he seemed to like candles which was cute in a way. He shut the door behind him,locking it again. "I lock the door because I show you secret,Okay?" He said trying to reassure you in case you were a little wielded out by that action. You only nodded in response as he sat next to you. He seemed to grab something from a small bag and had it in his clenched hand. He told you to watch his hand as he opened it , it seemed to be a very shiny powder of some sort, you swore it was glitter. He blew on it as it engulfed you and you suddenly felt drowsy and seemed to nod off within seconds.
Controlling you-
You awoke in a room, similarly to romania house style so it wasn't hard to figure out where you were. As you went to get up you realized that you couldn't go farther than maybe 3 feet away from the wall. You looked at the thing pulling you back and noticed a pretty thick rope attached to a cuff on your ankle and you were suddenly confused. What in the world? You sighed figuring it was some sort of joke and you suddenly realized you weren't wearing your normal outfit, instead it seemed to be the same shirt romania had on earlier,it seemed a bit big on you but it was comfortable you couldn't deny that. You were also wearing what seemed to be shorts, you guessed that this made it easier to put this cuff on your ankle. You looked around the room you were in. It had all sorts of things for hobbies like books and puzzles, etc. you noticed a small envelope with the word "(y/n)" on it. You figured it was for you and opened it. Yeah it definitely was vlads handwriting for sure. You couldn't mistake the nice handwriting for anyone else. You read it since it started with "to (y/n)" it read this;
"Dear (y/n),
I know you're most likely confused on what is going on and I shall explain to you! I'm sorry but you will be staying with me, I just care for you too much! I've made sure you won't escape so please try to feel comfortable. I know you may be mad at me for what I did but I promise I'll make it up to you! I filled the room with things you like so hopefully that makes up for it while I do some work! I come visit you when I done. I also changed you for the powder all over you! Hope you don't mind I promise I didn't look. I just love you so much.

You were surprised, not for the fact he had just taken you and wouldn't let you leave , but the fact he actually liked you? Since when? You were surely confused by this whole thing. However you seemed to not mind the whole thing, not only was he your best friend so it was difficult to even stay mad at him but you liked him too even though you wouldn't admit it personally.
Your relationship-
He is a fairly clingy yandere and due to this he likes affection and lots of it. Even if it is just a pat on the head. He just loves you so much! He brings you all sorts of things but it seems he shows you his magic quite a bit due to your interest into it. He is a kind and caring yandere and would even kill for you if you asked. He seems to enjoy teasing you as he is a bit mischievous and even though it can irritate you, him laughing is hard to stay mad at. He fawns over you as much as he can, complimenting you and flustering you as well.
Punishments-
Doesn't harm you physically or mentally for punishment, when a punishment is in order however just adds more affection onto the table. He won't leave you alone for any reason. This is punishment enough for you because who wants someone in the bathroom with them cmon? Another thing is if you're fighting him and acting aloof or even a bit tsundere he may not be able to hold back his urge to bite you so you may wanna be careful.
Little things-
Romania had just come home from his work and was sitting with you. He had you in his lap with his arms around you and head buried into the crook of your neck. He was watching you do your thing (like whatever hobby you do like art,writing,reading,etc) and he seemed pretty content. You two did this a lot, he seemed to really enjoy it as well in which you never complained about it either. He wouldn't ever bite you or drink your blood unless he couldn't control it or you said it'd be okay. He'd never drink too much though, he loves you after all.

Yeah good luck getting away from this boyo once his sights are set on you it's pretty difficult to get rid of him.

He was beyond worried, you had been in the bathroom for far too long. No he wasn't by the door or anything he just could smell blood being a vampire and all and the bathroom reeked of the irony smell. He knew something was up and as you walked out,long sleeves covering your arms it was odd to him. The bloody smell went away from the bathroom , and instead was on you. He immediately freaked out and started sniffing around you which in turn made you laugh a bit for the weird thing he did. Then he grabbed your wrist and that's when it got serious. He yanked up your sleeve to show your arm littered with fresh cuts and the cold air stung them like crazy. You bit your lip a bit nervous. He looked at you, perhaps a bit irritated if anything and quite worried. " hey (y/n), you know you can't hide this from me. I can smell blood." You gulped "oooh really? I d-didn't know!" He sighed " why would you do this to yourself? I'm always here for you you don't have to be afraid to talk to me it's not like I'll get mad at you for being upset or even suicidal. I mean it happens sometimes." He gently picked you up and took you to the room that you knew as yours. He started wrapping bandages around them and wrapped any other injuries as well. And he would definitely show you lots of attention and wouldn't let you by yourself for a while anymore.

He would be intrigued by the fact he didn't catch on to it and would ask you about it, definitely curious. He'd kiss each one and mention something he loved about you or something he liked to see you do. He would show you more affection and would ask if you were alright.

Get ready for some affection cause if you're fighting him, it's not that hard for someone as big as him to pin you down so don't try anything because you might be too irresistible for him not to bite you.
