Niki's POV
I can't believe Nate likes me, Yet here we are. "I don't want to tell anyone yet" I say softly. "That's fine, then we won't" Nate replied calmly, "what about Gabi" " I don't want to tell her yet either" I reply. "Tell Gabi what" Gabi walks in. Me and Nate quickly separate a little. "Uh nothing" Nate and I say simontainiusly then laughing. "Highly unlikely" Gabi responds. "It's nothing" Nate says as I hide my face in the crook of Nate's neck. I couldn't take it. "Uh huh anyhow I wanted to ask if you wanted to go in to town for the night with me and Colin. I'm glad you were both here" Gabi said cutting the tension. I pick my head up and look at Nate who nods. "Yeah we'll come just let us get ready" I reply. "Okay! Me and Colin will be in the lobby" Gabi says walking out. "Let's just get ready" Nate says getting up and laughing. After we're both ready we head down to lobby with fingers intertwined. We let go when we see Gabi .
Colin's POV
I saw Niki and Nate holding hands and wanted to talk to Nate. "You two are cute together" I say to Nate when Gabi runs after Niki. "Uh I uh what do you mean" Nate stutters. "I saw you guys holding hands plus you guys have been alot closer together and more nervous when others are around." I reply. "We're only friends..." Nate says face getting red. "Friends don't hold hands like that plus you blushing says otherwise" I say "hey I won't tell Gabi that's for you two to do when you feel comfortable. Confidentiality. But you guys are cute"
"Thanks dude I appreciate it" Nate says "BOYS LETS GO!" Gabi yells trying to keep Niki in place. "I hate you" Niki mumbles and Nate laughs.
Nate's POV
"Why are you so excited?" I ask Niki as we walk out. "I don't know it looks so pretty late at night plus I haven't just gone out to town for a good time in a while" Niki responded. "Oh yeah by the way don't freak out but Colin found out." I say rubbing her shoulder to keep her calm. "W-what" Niki stutters. I hug her quickly "babe its okay he promised he wouldn't tell Gabi, he said it's our job to do that when we feel ready"
"O-okay sorry I freaked out a bit" she says hugging back. "Come on You two!" Gabi says. As we walk back and Colin smiles at us calmly. "Where to first?" Niki asks. "The mall!" Gabi says excitedly. "Of course" Colin and I say. "Ugh" Niki laughs. When we get there Gabi and Colin go to the Disney store while me and Niki wander off to Tillie's. I end up buying a striped t-shirt and Niki a cute pair of overalls and we make our way to the Disney store to find the others. "There you two are why do you keep wandering off?" Gabi asks "we got distracted" I reply. "Anyhow where to next?" Gabi asks. "I want Chick-fil-A" me Niki and Colin say st the same time. "Chick-fil-A it is then" Gabi laughs. And we head there.
Niki's POV
Nate looks so cute! And I want to say it but gabi's right there. We get to Chick-fil-A, order our food and sit down. Nate grabs my hand under the table and Gabi asks "where else should we go? Boys?" "We could go to the museum" Colin says "okay we'll go there next, where do you want to go Nate?" Gabi asks. "could we go to the lake in the park?" Nate asks. "Yeah that's a nice end to the night" Gabi says. "Nik you've been quiet what's up?" Nate asks me. "Nothing just thinking" I say. "About what?" He asks. I flash my eyes at Gabi to find she's talking with Colin. "You look so cute" I whisper and he smiles. "You look way better" he whispers and I lay my chin on his shoulder for a brief moment. "What do you guys think?" Gabi asks clearly talking to us. Me and Nate look at eachother and laugh. "Uh what did you say?" I ask. "Would you guys like to do this again?" Gabi asks again. "For sure" Nate responds quickly and I laugh. We finished our food and walked to the museum and Colin started wander away while Gabi tried to keep track of him. "He's like a child so facinated in everything here" Nate laughs. "Yeah" I say hugging Nate. "I love you Niki" Nate says hugging back. "I love you too Nate" I say muffled as my face is against his chest and we laugh. "Let's go find them" I say to see Colin looking at an old miniature train track set like a toddler obsessed with trains while gabi runs in and we quickly separate. "COLIN! STAY IN ONE PLACE FOR AT LEAST 2 MINUTES!" Me and Nate start laughing like hyenas. "Okay let's go to the park" Gabi says and Colin starts whining. "Ugh fine" Colin says and Nate laughs. When we get to the park me and Nate go to the lake while Gabi and Colin go to play chess. "Niki" Nate says putting his hands on my hips and pressing our foreheads together, "you're the best and I love you so so much, you're not just my star...you're my entire damn sky" he finishes. "Nate... I love you too I can't put into words how much" I say. He lifts up my chin and kisses me with passion. We pull away and start watching the lake. "It's so interesting and pretty" I say. "Huh" Nate says. "What?" I ask. "Sounds exactly like you. Interesting and pretty" Nate chuckles and I lay my head in his lap. "That was so corny" I laugh. "But true" Nate laughs too.
"If this this love then love is easy it's the easiest thing to do" Nate sings. "I this love then love completes me" i finish the lyric.
