3 days later:
The family and friends walk back to the lair after burying the second oldest and the third oldest.
Nobody said a word, there was nothing to speak of.
The two brothers have died and now it's only Leo and Mikey to be with Splinter.
Mikey looks at his older brother, in tears. He's the only brother he has left and has fear of losing him.
Leo hugs his baby brother, trying to hold back tears to be brave for their father and for his baby brother.
As the two brothers hug one another, Splinter has retreated to his room.
He has lost his two sons to someone who used to be a brother to him.
He failed as a father again. It's his fault that his sons got captured and two of them killed.
The hamato has turned from a family of five to a family of three.
A family broken from the death of two turtles.
They have each other. With the help of April and Casey.
