You're working on a school project that's due in literally 2 days, it's been your biggest weakness since you were little that you procrastinate the last minute. It can't get worse than that, you're tired and in need of food in your system when your mom calls you downstairs into the kitchen. Lowkey irritated you make your way to your mom and she hands you a list of groceries that she wants you to go fetch. Begging her to let you finish your project she rolls her eyes and tells you that you wouldn't be in this situation if you didn't procrastinate. Sure enough, your mom wins the argument and you're in the car driving to the store. Slamming the door and grabbing your purse you scurried in and went on a hunt to look for the items. Milk, eggs, bread, even butter was usually on your moms' list except she had a whole hitlist of things. an hour has passed and you're finally rounding up your last few items but the last one is a box of fruit loops cereal. When a worker points to the direction of where the aisle of cereal is. You thanked him and rushed towards it. You weren't alone because a tall young gentleman is reaching for the LAST fruit loops box of cereal, with no warning you yell at him "That's my box of cereal!" he looks at you funny confused to who you were talking to. Walking up to him with confidence in every step you took, you literally had to look up to the ceiling as if he was a tree. "I came here to get that box of cereal and it was mine first," you say to him. His little smile peaks as he adjusts his glasses "I'm sorry ma'am but I believe I was here first to claim this item." his voice so soothed and relaxed. Surprisingly enough you were waiting on a different reaction. "Look here Mr. I didn't come here to play who got it first, I'm here to get the things on my mother's list and be on my merry way got it?" sternly you say.  He steps away from you as he examines the variety of cereals "I believe there is one more on the top of the shelf, may I assist you in getting it?" respectively he says. You look up and of course, out of all the boxes they put they put the one where your 4'11 ass can't even reach. You gather yourself together and make your way to the top shelf "I got it to thank you very much." Taking a step on the shelf you try everything in your power to grab it but your little arm cannot extend past its limit. You notice his firm hands around your waist lift you up to grab it, without hesitation you did and then brought down to the ground. HIs dimples are now visual as he smiles at you "You're welcome." He says. He leaves you alone in the aisle. In your mind, you should've said thank you to him but your mouth didn't cooperate at the time. "Hey you come back!" you holler. Running the direction he went, you then see him and notice that he wasn't alone. You see him the box of fruit loops to an elderly woman as she smiles and hugs him. You put two and two together and figured that his kind gesture was for her. He waves to the lady and turns around and sees you. "She has good taste in cereal," you say now embarrassed. He laughs at you "Giving more to those who need it is the way others can see to pass it on." he says. You smile at him and agree "That was very sweet of you to do." He grins and reaches his hand out to you "I'm RM." you look at him and reach for his gently shaking his hand. You can't get over his cute dimple smile and lost your train of thought "Oh yea it's Y/N." He laughs at you "Do you want to go for a smoothie?" He asks you. You know that you should be getting home but in the back of your mind you tell yourself "a smoothie won't kill anybody." You nod your head and make your way to the check out line with him. 'You know I would've tackled that old lady for the cereal if it was the last one." You say to him jokingly. He covers his smile with his hand as he laughs "I wouldn't doubt it."
