"So...you finally made it in, did ya," the black-haired teen said as he pulled the front tip of his hat down, then he flicked it back up. "Welcome to the grand line!"

*ding dong*

"Crap! We're late!" The black-haired teen grabbed the slightly shorter teen's arm. "Hurry it up, Luffy!"

"Stop pulling me, Ace! And where is Sabo!" Luffy yelled while being dragged into the school. "He's in class, you know how his dad is!"

"Settle down class.!" The teacher said as he walked in through the door. "Today we have a new student in our class, you may come in." He said as he turned to the door along with the whole class. "Hey there folks, my name's Monkey D. Luffy."

"Ok, take your seat by Roronoa Zoro, please. Roronoa raise your hand." The teacher said. Soon after, a guy with short green hair raised his hand. "over here." He called. Luffy took his seat next to Zoro.

As the class went on Luffy didn't pay attention, but he did notice something. The guy next to him, Zoro, writes weirdly. First off, he has three pens, he sticks one in his mouth and holds the other two with his hands.

"Guess he's ambadexa-whatever (ambidextrous)." Luffy thought. But shortly after thinking that his thoughts wandered back to food.

"Ace! Sabo! Wait up!" Luffy called out, stretching his arms out to grab their shoulders. His arms retracted, slinging him forward and knocking down the to second years. "Damnit Luffy! Can't you just walk over like a normal person!" Ace yelled. "Sabo, how come you didn't greet me at the front gate like ace did?" Luffy said, completely ignoring ace. "Well I had to go to class Luffy, you know how my dad is," Sabo said petting Luffy's head. "Oh, okay!"

"So you ask him, even though I told you the same thing this morning." Ace sulked. "Who cares, let's go get some food!" Luffy shouted, running off in the direction of the cafeteria.

"THAT'S NOT WHAT I TOLD YOU TO GET!" Some fat lady yelled at a small boy with pink hair. "I'm so sorry! I'll go get you what you want!" The boy got up and ran back in line.

Ace and Sabo had some other business to attend to, so currently Luffy is in there all alone. He calmly walked over to the pink-haired kid and asked: "hey, if you're not going to eat that, can I have it?"

The boy turned around and looked at him. "Yea, sure." He said, then handed him a yakisoba bun. "Thanks!" He said running off, not looking where he was going.

Suddenly he bumped into something.

The pink-haired boy watched in horror as he looked up and saw that fat lady again. "Oh, hey fatso!" He said chuckling.

The fat lady took out a metal club with spikes and slammed it down in Luffy's direction. "My name is Alvida. NOT FATSO!"

"Sheesh, just calm down lady," Luffy said, now standing behind Alvida. "Gumu gumu no pistol!" Luffy punched Alvida so hard she flew through the air. He pulled his straw hat back onto his head and stared at her decreasing figure. "What a weird lady."

"That was so cool!" The pink-haired kid said running up to Luffy, "I-I'm Koby by the way." He said. "Hey, I'm Monkey D. Luffy."

Luffy looked around on the ground until he spotted a squashed yakisoba bun. "Noooooooooooo! My food!"

"U-um..."

"Yeah."

"I-if it's alright with you I could buy you lunch."
