Eren's POV
Crunch! Mom is dead... I stare at the Titan that had just devoured my mom. In rage, I punch the back of Hanes' head "We were so close to saving mom, why'd you have to get in our way!?" I scream elbowing his head, "We were so close!" "Knock it off!" Hanes shouts then throws me to the ground and I flinch as I hit it. "Eren!" Mikasa says and squirms out of Hanes' grip. She runs over to me and bends down."Eren, you couldn't save your mom because you lack the strenghth." I growl and throw a punch, but he grabs my wrist and continues, tears flowing" but I couldn't save your mom because I lacked the courage." I gasp noticing that now this grown man is as weak as I am. He pulls me along "I'm sorry." I look down and cry, glancing to my side to find a girl lying on the ground with a puddle of blood under her. I look away knowing that could've been me, but something peculiar happens. She stirs and gasps as she regains consciousness." Hanes look!" I point at the girl who attemps getting up,but her arms give out and she yelps as she meets the ground again. Hanes runs over to her and carries her bridal style and turns our direction." We'll take this girl with us, but we need to leave." He states as we walk in the direction of the boats to find people in a disaray as they try to get loaded on the boat. Hanes hands me the girl, who is surprisingly light and escorts us on the boats. Armin waves at us, but I don't respond, I'm in too much of a trance realizing that mom is dead... I look down at the girl noticing that there is something in her gut, a knife. I attempt to pull out the knife, but the girl weakly slaps my hand away. Surprised, I look at her,"Don't...pull....out the...knife.." She stifles in response. I stare in disbelief, she smiles and brushes my tears still on my face "I don't know what is going on, but it's going to be okay." Her hand drops to her side and once again she passes out. Mikasa puts her hand on my shoulder showing she had seen what the girl has done. Not sure what to think, I just stare, her face pale from blood lose made her seem like a ghost and for some reason I wanted to save this girl from whatever comes her way. I gently put her on the wood boxes and walked over to the edge of the boat.''Eren?'' Mikasa says in a questioning tone, then Armin approaches and begins to say,"What's the matter, Eren." I shrug off Armin's hand and grip the boat."I'm going to kill them all" I began, tears falling from my eyes."Not even a single one of them will be left..!"

Okay, computer fixed so it work now! That chapter was a little boring for my taste, but it was needed. Hopefully this was easier to read than the last chapter so hope you liked it!
