Jungkook stared out blankly at the house he once lived in. He had his suitcase and bag clutched in his right hand and in his left was his phone. Stuffed in his ears were ear buds drowning out the sound of everything.
He sighed before turning on his heels and walked towards the uber that pulled up beside him. He stuffed his belongings in the back of it before climbing in.
"Take me to Center Seoul Apartments." He told the driver. The man in the front seat nodded before driving off in that direction. Jungkook eyes stayed on the house he was leaving until it was out of sight. He turned in his seat staring his gaze out the window.
Once the Uber arrived Jungkook climbed out the car staring at the apartments with a small smile on his lips. The Uber driver grabbed his items out the trunk handing them over to Jungkook earning a small thanks. He handed the driver a twenty-dollar bill and another five dollars as a tip.
He picked up his book bag pulling it over his shoulders before grabbing ahold of his black roller suitcase pulling it behind him.
He walked inside of the building scanning it as he walked up to receptionist. Behind the desk sat a man that looked like he was in his twenties, his hair dyed a blonde color.
He glanced down at the name tag pinned to his yellow polo t-shirt. Kim Namjoon.
Jungkook made sure to remember the males name and face. He was sure that he was going to see him much more while living here. He cleared his throat as he stared at him.
The male looked up from the book his was reading before smiling closing it shut sitting it aside. "Hello and welcome to Center Seoul Apartments. How may I help you?" He said his tone deep.
"I want to get an apartment."
Namjoon nodded grabbing a book sitting it out on the desk. "We have small apartments to big apartments. About two or three floors are labeled with a certain type of apartment." He explain before pointing to a picture that read "First Floor & Second Floor"
"For instance, these two floors has small apartments. Inside you will have a small T.V, couch, bed, and a small kitchen area. Of course there is a small bathroom as well. The rent for this every month is three-hundred dollars."
Jungkook nodded as he scanned the book. On the page was pictures of rooms and indeed like the man said there was a small T.V, couch, kitchen, bed and small room that was the bathroom.
"The second level contains the third and fourth floor." He flipped the page showing rooms that were on that floor. "These are average rooms. Bigger than the rooms on the first level. They have a small living room with a 30 inch flat screen T.V along with a couch, bedroom, slight big kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony." Namjoon said letting him look at the pages.
"How much is it?" He asked glancing up at him.
"Six-hundred every month"
Jungkook gave him a smile. "I'll take it" he said closing the book. Namjoon tilted his head "You don't want to look at the other available rooms?" He questioned placing the book back under the counter.
Jungkook shook his head in a 'no' manner. "Okay sir your room will be..." he trailed off as he ran his finger down the room log. "You'll have room 318 on the third floor"
He turned and walked towards a cabinet grabbing the key wrapped around his neck unlocking it. When he opened it, it revealed a rack filled with keys. He pondered around before grabbing a key handing it to Jungkook.
He grabbed a form from a binder and sat it in front of him. "Fill this out real quick" he said handing him a pen.
Jungkook stared at the form blankly.
