(it's gonna change povs a couple times but it's violets to start with)

i looked at my GPS seeing i was one road away. i looked at myself in the mirror fixing my rough blonde hair and my eyebrows before i got my bangs out my eyes i look at my watch it was 5:37 i was very early but it didn't suprise me i always am.

(clems pov)

it was 5:30 and i had just finished brushing my hair i wanted to wear it down tonight to maybe impress violet i don't know. i had a huge crush on her and i thought tonight would be a great opportunity to tell her. i have no idea it was just a gut feeling you know like when it just feels right. i put on a black and white skirt and a crop top with a little chain lee got me as a present once. i look in the mirror at myself and smile i thought i looked good... but would violet. as if on que i heard two beeps.

(violets pov)

i got out of my car and stood by the passenger seat with my foot leaning against the car it was red but i didn't mind a little bit of dirt on it.

"violet!" i heard someone run towards me before i felt a long pair of arms wrap around me

"hey AJ woah nice hair buddy." he cut the sides and left the top it suited him. he grew out of just having an afro

"thanks. nice car and watch and gucci jacket and belt and... wait are u flexing on clem..? really bro..?" i laughed and gave him a playful punch before he dramatically fell "i've been wounded my fellow prince warrior! tell my awfully loved mother i love her... bleh." he pretended to be dad as i was dying of laughter i helped him up and dusted him off

"speaking of clem where is she..?" i bit my lip waiting for an answer

"she's inside come on let's go get her. my partner in crime." he said offering me a hand shake

"only if ur my partner in time." i smirked and shaked his hand as we went inside.

"hey lee Carley violets here!" we said walking inside as i waved to them

"oh hey hun how are you.?" carley asked wiping floor dirt off my jacket.

"not bad how's work been? i know u were stressed last time." i slightly frowned

"oh i got a promotion and it's been a lot easier for everyone. especially clem." she smiled at my as she looked me up and down. "by the way nice outfit violet."

"oh uhh thanks Carley.." i rubbed the back of my neck "do you know where clem is..?" i slightly titled my eyebrows in a worry

"oh she's just in her room why don't u go upstairs and say hi." lee called from the kitchen.

i walked upstairs with a smile on my face thinking of how beautiful she looks right now. doesn't matter what she wears she looks good in anything and everything. i got to her door and knocked on it she opened it and her eyes widened.

"what..? did i do something wrong..?" i asked she seemed very shocked. almost flustered

"no i-i uh- just didn't expect you too look so g-g-good tonight..." i blushed really hard. she thought i looked good! A+ for violet. i looked her up and down a smiled on my face

"you look really cute clem. that outfit really suits you." i looked down and rubbed the back of my neck. "so you ready to go? my cars ready outside." i asked in a soft voice

"yeah uh- i'm gonna get my bag ill be down in a second."

"okay i'll be downstairs by the front door." i turned around and went downstairs immediately calling minerva
