Happy Beginning ~ A Descendants 2 Story

~ Chapter 5 ~

"Can you guys stop looking at me like that? I don't have a crush on anyone and I've never gone on a date." I said and they both nodded. "You seem like the person who's gone on many dates though." Uma said. "Nope, I've only ever been on two dates and that first one ended real quickly before it even started cause I found out the guy was cheating on me so I was like 'You know what? If he's just gonna cheat on me, I'm not gonna go on a date with him.' So I didn't. The second one, I don't even know what happened. We went on the date and he told me after we were just friends. I was like 'Why did you ask me to go on the date with you then?' He was like 'Oh, my friends dared me to go on a date with you.' I have never ever trusted a guy ever since those two." I said and they were surprised. 

"What did Gil have to say about that?" Harriet asked. "He was not happy and so was my Dad. Gil brought the second guy to my Dad, told him what happened, and my Dad put that guy in the dungeon." I said. "Can we talk more about this in the morning? I'm tired." I said and sat up. "Yeah, let's talk about it in the morning." Uma said and laid down. Harriet also laid down and pulled my blanket over me. "Goodnight, Harriet. Goodnight, Uma." I said. "Goodnight, Jasmine/Captain." They both said and I fell asleep. (A/N: Harriet said Captain and Uma said Jasmine)

~Next Morning~

I woke up the next morning and saw the girls both awake. "Finally, she wakes." Harriet said and I stretched. "Whatever." I said and got dressed. I put the bandana and skull in my hair, put the necklace around my neck, put my hoodie on, and put my heels on. I put my dress and extra stuff from last night into the duffel bag and teleported the duffel bag home. "Let's go. We have a long day ahead of us." I said and we left Harriet's house. We went to the Shop and went inside. I saw most of Uma's crew inside and I saw Anthony, Harry, Gil, and CJ at the back table. "Morning Captains, morning Harriet." Anthony said. "Morning Anthony." I said and Gil got me some chips and sauce.

"Thanks." I said and he nodded. I ate one chip and the others started talking. "Where's the new kid?" I asked. "Of which crew?" Uma asked. "Mine." I said. "Oh you mean Zevon? Sammy is on the ship, training him." Gil said and I nodded. "At least someone is." I mumbled before putting 5 chips with sauce in my mouth. "Put this in the sword bucket." I told Jonas and he put my sword in the bucket. I finished eating the chips and grabbed more. I gave the chips to Gil and he started eating them. I looked at my watch and saw that it was 10:30 am. "Only 10 minutes til I have to go see my dear ol Dad and steal some money from Dizzy." I said and grabbed a chip from Gil's plate. "Who's going with you?" Harry asked. "Gil." I said. "Well, while your doing that, can you go with Gil to get some money for me?" Uma asked and I nodded. "Thanks Jaz." Gil said and I smiled at him.

I saw Mal on the TV and it looked like she was at her press conference. "That little traitor gets what she wants all because she's the girlfriend of the King Benjamin." I said and rolled my eyes. I looked at my watch again and it was 10:39. "Alright, let's go Gil." I said and did a one handed cartwheel off the table. Gil put his tray away and grabbed his sword from Uma. I grabbed my sword from the bucket and we left the shop. "First stop is Dad's restaurant which is called Hades' Souvlaki." I said and Gil nodded. We went inside his restaurant and I saw tons of people in there. "Master, your daughter and Gil are here." Pain said and I saw Dad. "Jasmine, how was the party?" He asked and I smiled. "Amazing and I finally won a arm wrestle match against Harry." I said and he chuckled. "That's my strong girl." He said and I smirked. "Silas, make some souvlaki and kabobs for my daughter and Gil." Dad said and Silas nodded. "How's your dad, Gil?" Dad asked Gil. "Good. He misses hanging out with you." Gil said and I smiled.

"Tell him to come on here then. I wouldn't mind talking to my best friend again like old times." Dad said and Gil bobbed his head up and down. "So me and Gil have been thinking." I told Dad and he smiled at me. "What have you guys been thinking?" He asked. "We've been thinking that tomorrow I want to take you to the Docks so you can see Gaston." I said and Dad smiled. "Take me tomorrow." He said and I hugged him. "We gotta go." I said and Silas gave me the food. Dad said bye before we left.
