The next day, Mum and George did some research about the house while we kept watch of the black box. Turned out that this house was built 100 years ago and a beautiful, young woman, called Meradith, lived in this house. She was polite to everyone until one day, she disappeard. The police searched and searched for her but never found her. No one did. They say that when the sun goes down, she lurks around in that house; reason why no one moves there.
After reading that, we were all in shock. We were in dead silence; only the sound of our heavy breathing filled the room.
"But what has this got to do with the box?" Jack asked, breaking the silence. We all shrugged our shoulders and decided we would go out for the day. Never did we know what came next.
