I walk downstairs, almost running from excitement.

I open the door to find Tomoe holding what seems like a carrier bag to which she drops when I jump to hug her.

[ Tomoe's Pov ]

She wraps her legs around me as I hug her tightly, It's been so long since we've last met since she's just come back from her holiday.

I gently peck a kiss on her cheek and smile

"I've missed youu~"

I chuckle a little at the sound of excitement in her voice

"Me too, I've brought gifts too!" I smile as I gently drop her down, She tries peeking at the gifts but I move the bag behind me

"y/n, it's a surprise, don't ruin it baby"

Baby, that was what we called each other a lot. Yes, I'll admit it kinda made me blush but we found it sweet and decided to make it seem no different from any other word we could've called each other.

I giggle as she grabs her bags and wraps an arm around me kicking the door behind her as she leads me to the living room which she was familiar with. Tomoe always was like an older sister to everyone but I always had feelings for her, i guess..

she smiles as I sit infront of her and lends the bag to me, I smile back and take the box out of it.

Open it, It might be something special

Don't, you might be disappointed if it's really not what you think it is

What if it something like-

These thoughts rushed through my head until Tomoe brushed her hand against my cheek before brushing a chunk of hair behind my ear

"you okay?"

I nod and smile, opening the box.

It was a framed picture with photos of us together.

"Look inside!" she insists

"Inside the frame?"

She nods, so I do and a piece of paper lies there. I pick it up and read it, It doesn't take me long to realize that this was a love confession.

"So..?" she bites her lip waiting for some response from me

I jump to hug her and she laughs
"what do you think?" she asks once more

I giggle before giving her the feedback of the gift "I love it"
