So. I actually just discovered this. I'm not sure if it will actually work.
I have a spray bottle full of cold water. I sprayed it on my face and my cramps immediately went away.
They are starting to come back, but. I wouldn't mind being cold.
Try it out!
If you don't have a spray bottle, you can go to the dollar store and find one. :)
Cramps truly are the pain. I hope you feel better. 💜
