It was back in the old days, about a few centuries ago (give or take a couple years), when the world was normal. It was ordinary, perfectly plain with no curse or burden, but the Creator had an enemy.
This enemy destroyed the world bringing in his own army. Forcing them to rule the world and annihilate everything in its path.
The Beasts had been formed. There ranged from any size and shape, and some could take on the form of a human but they only had one thing on there mind.
Kill.
They were brought from the ruins of the darkest corners of the world.
In which they took enlightenment in killing.
The Creator saw this, and He took pity on the humans. And He created us.
The Marked.
The Marked have special abilities. They can do things humans can't do, see what they can't see, and hear what they can't hear. They were known for the strange markings formed on there body. All different, and unique, just like there abilities.
They were created to keep the world at peace for the Beasts. Too take control back over there world.
