Destiny'$ pov

So to recap the last few months I was attacked by Jeff Da Killa .I was is the hospital for 2 weeks, and i went on a few dates with Ben and my sister is haveing her twins today .She is in labor right now and only Jeff can see her right now so yeah.Jeff came out of her room crying his butt off

"She she's gone " Jeff stuttered

She's dead that monster got her pregnant now she's dead and it's all his fault.I should have protected her from him but, it's too late she's gone forever

"Destiny Nelson " The doctor said

"Yeah that's me "I said through tears

"Sarina Nelson wanted me to tell you that she wants you to take care of her children " The doctor explains

"Oh ok where are they "I ask still crying

Suddenly i hear screaming from Sarina's hospital room and the doctor rushes into the room .Me, Jeff , Ben, Slender , Victoria , Jenn and Arabella run after the doctor .Sarina is lying in her bed and Grinny and Smile.JPG are standing over her. (a/n Smile dog can turn into a human and that when he is called Smile.JPG and Grinny can turn into a human so right now they are both in human form. )

Sarina jumps out of her bed and lunges at the doctors throat and rips his windpipe out with her teeth.Her skin is now black her eyes are a neon blue and her mouth is cut into a smile .

"Jeff where are the kids " Sarina asks him

He tells her and she teleports herself to them.She has a baby girl with pale skin black eyes and black hair. She also has hair a baby boy with black hair and blue eyes .

"WHAT IS GOING ON !!!!???!!!??" I scream
