Drawing is an affliction, it might be considered to be compulsive. Drawing is a sweet relief of anxiety and depression. It is the source if creativity and happiness. Not a care in the world, just a sketch pad, pencil and collective thoughts about a fantasy that could never exist. She rarely had time for her drawings because of homework for almost every single class that she took, ranging from AP world history and Geometry. The stress was going to kill her quite literally, that was just the plane old life of Amy Note, nothing more and nothing less. The Time began to fly in her eyes.  She began to transfix on a clock in front of her .She started to stare at a specific number on the clock. It was eleven. I wish my life was a fantasy, she thought, zooming, space ships zipping through the sky, or fighting evil fire breathing akuma and gods of death known as Shinigami. Yes that’s what I want! I want to be an extravagant exorcist that can throw blazing balls of blue lig-. Her thought was interrupted be the sound of a clock striking midnight. Startled by the sudden bell and she began to sweat profusely. The lamp in her room began to flicker like it was sending out an S.O.S.

The light kept flickering for about a minute then it returned back to its normal state. A sketch pad that lay before her had a drawing of an empty   room completely shaded, with a little window at the left bottom of the paper. To the top right corner was a carefully shaded demonic face. On the forehead of the creature, it was an “A” as an abbreviation of her signature.

The time was 12:05, Amy soon realized that she had school today and the sketch was due later that afternoon, “Ah dang it! I’m not even half way through with it! “Panicked she grabbed her back pack underneath the table. While doing so, she forgot that she had a pencil in her right hand. The lead was sharped at the tip and the pencil to stab into her palm. She couldn’t squeal because her parents wear asleep in the next room and she couldn’t cry out because crying would just leave a mess. After a while the pain subsided and the lead stayed in place. Andi tried to fell asleep on the table, when she heard a knock at the front door .She lived in an apartment so there was no need to rush. When she got the door the door knob started to rattle. In the peep hole an intense light seeped through. Out of curiosity she opened the door carefully the light turned into absolute blackness. One tug at the stomach and the darkness dragged Amy way.

When she woke up, Amy found herself in a black concrete room with tremendous pain all over her body. There was a small ray of light that came from a window at the bottom of the room. It was small enough to fit medium sized dog, but was covered with dust and grim all around the window seal. Struggling she crawled to the edge of the window to try to see if the window would budge from the hinges. It felt like needles jabbing into her knees.” come on you stupid thing, MOVE!”

She lost the battle with the window; all she found was more pain in her hands. Her finger nails broke off from the far part of the cubical, causing the thick crimson blood to expel. It was as if something or someone was on the other side of the window was pulling back .Almost trying to barricade it shut.

On the other side of the window, large footsteps thundered across a hallway. Amy  leaned against the wall, listening intently .All she could her was muffled whispering and the occasional sound of her name ”Amy ”, it’s ringed .The muffled voices didn’t sound human. It was more of a distinct reptilian noise .echoing hissing.

There’s no means of escape; this window is the only way I can get out! She though while clenching her teeth. Thoughts turned into anger and frustration, she began to shout at the top of her lungs “Why, This can’t be real! I don’t know how I got here .PLEASE someone help me”! The window began to shake violently .It slowly creaked, letting in an infinite amount of light into the room. She began to tremble still leaning against the wall .A grotesque hand barged into the room searching for the girl. “Oh God, get away from me you monster!” The creatures faced showed .Red eyed and ash black it slithered,” This is what happens when you wish for things you should have, I am an Akuma!” It hissed. The creatures face began to morph into a liquid substance that couldn’t be described .The liquid began to climb up her legs .When the liquid and her meet at eye level The room changed into Her apartment. Amy looked at the clock it was 7:15. The pain was still in her body, but she began to get ready for school.

She is an artist and artist love to dream big.
